Horrible customer service. Store i bought appliance from had set up an appt time for a repair. Woman from authorized appliance called and asked for model number then proceeded to tell me that she doesnt know why they set up the scheduled date but they were booked and not coming, that the earliest they could come is a week from the originally scheduled day. Extremely rude and short.

Most rudest company I've ever had the pleasure of having to encounter. The woman Christine who take the calls is VERY unprofessional. If you need any appliance repair, I recommend Brown's appliance

After service call (thurs )to determine what was the problem, the part came in the following (fri). Without a courtesy call to inform me that the part had arrived, they scheduled me an appointment for the following thurs. Because they were booked up for Tues. They came thurs and 10-15 minutes part on finished. You mean you couldn't find 15mins Tues, since I had call several times to check status. 😡😡🤬

Authorized Appliance was able to repair my gas stovetop. Another repair service had backed away, saying the job was complicated. This other business wanted me to sign a waiver in case 50 year old oak floor was damaged. Authorized Appliance took on the job. A few weeks were required to get the parts from Whirlpool. Once the part arrived at my house, Authorized came out immediately. The two service technicians were professional and polite. And the igniter works, with no damage to the floor.

My first experience with this company was very pleasant and comfortable. The repairman(Dewayne) was prompt and very professional. Thanks for a good service. Was kind of afraid after reading reviews but hopefully this rebuild others confidence in your service.

Technician came out and opened up the refrigerator/freezer that was not cooling properly. He diagnosed the problem as a broken fan and said they would have to order it. The fan area was clearly frozen! He didn’t suggest that it might still work if defrosted. I left the unit unplugged long enough to unfreeze the fan and when I plugged it back in, it’s been working fine for a month now. When they called us back weeks 🤨later with the part, they now want to charge a re-stocking fee for something that we clearly didn’t need. Their technician misdiagnosed the problem and now they want me to pay for it!

Someone there named "Adrienne" has got to be the rudest individual I have ever had the displeasure of being exposed to. I hope you don't have to come in contact with her. My full review is filed with the BBB. They don't allow enough characters on this platform to adequately convey the full story of my exchanges with this very troubled woman.

They are always very helpful. Their prices are better than other options in my area. Also, I never had a problem with a part not being in stock. I would ask anyone to consider them the next time they need an appliance part or appliances!

I have a 1968 avocado green GE stovetop that had an issue. After calling several appliance places who do not work on GE appliances, Authorized Appliance was quick to come to my rescue. They came out the same day I called, were able to order the correct part quickly and replace it a few days later! They were so easy to deal with and we’re so helpful in fixing my old, but amazing, stovetop! Thank you so much!

Apparently they don't value their customers too much I see they have one star and obviously hasn't cared enough to fix the problem. We all seem to have the same complaints. They got one star only because there wasn't a minus 5 star. The receptionist Devan would work for me and my company about 2 minutes! She is very rude and has no business handling customers. They schedule appointments only to not show. I hope when and if they do show up the tech has a better attitude.

The service technician came to my house a week or so ago to check my washing machine. The service call was 108. And some change. Mine you that my machine only needed a lid switch. But, the technician put on the order that the machine needed a control switch. So, the day after I called to get a price for the part. I was told 173 and some change. Plus 30$ for labor. So I told the receptionist I would call her bk on that Monday. If I decide to go ahead for them to make the repairs. So, I didn't call bk of course. So I get a phone from the receptionist saying your part is in. Which I didn't ask for them to place the order. And that the technician will be at your house on Monday. Because it was late Friday when I got the vmail. How are you going to force someone to buy the part n pay for the labor when they haven't agreed. To add insult to injury. The part only cost 15$ on Amazon. All I got to say is Rip off at its best. I will never in this lifetime do anymore business with them. I advise you all to do the same.

Great and fast service. My LG refrigerator stopped cooling and they were here on time, diagnosed in no time and ordered a new compressor. Parts arrived quick, installed the next day so I'm my refrigerator is up and running. Thank you for the great service and will use for all my appliances!

Love this company my grandmother used this company when I was a kid and we will always use their service! We usually take things in and have JR repair them at the shop! We have had several in home service calls and they have always been very polite and prompt. No they won't give you a certain time and you may have to work your schedule around the tech but that's with most any companies! I have had to wait a little longer for parts than I'd like but they don't stock parts they service appliances and mostly things under warranty.

This company refuses to work with other contractors that need parts that they have in stock. They are as bad as partstown! Even Grainger charges less!
