I'll admit, I was a little skeptical when I saw how many good reviews this company had, but not anymore! These guys are the best! Our entire breaker box blew and they were there within a hour of calling. Levi was awesome and they worked with us on scheduling in such a way that we wouldn't be without power for very long. While it took a week to get our electricity turned back on because Entergy is just terrible; Ashley with AES actually helped with this even though their part of the job was done. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. If I have to have further electrical work done, I will definitely be calling them and strongly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done!

Levi helped us out with our outside lighting and did a fantastic job!! He was friendly and professional and didn’t stop until he found out and fixed the problem with our lights! Will definitely use again!

Working with them to get my issue resolved was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was nice and had no problem answering all and I mean all my questions. Even after they finished the work and I was having issues with Entergy getting my power back they stuck with me until my power was back on. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks me about an electrician.

Edit: I had to call them again about another electrical issue. As expected they were great and really helpful. Levi came by today and he was informative and patient. Explained in detail what was happening, gave me some recommendations on solutions, and best thing was that he didn't seem to mind me asking questions. Done people seem to get annoyed but he wanted to make sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. As stated before I will recommend AES to people if asked. Also Levi labeled my panel for us👍🏿

Ashley was so kind and helpful, and Levi came a day sooner than I was promised - which was wonderful since I was without AC due to a faulty breaker. Levi repaired my problem immediately. I didn't have an electrician before. Now I do!

Great experience working with AES on an EVSE (EV charger) installation. Ashley was very polite and patient on the phone, answered my questions, and quickly got me on their schedule. Mark quickly came out, discussed the job with me, and the next day Jeremy and Lane came out to do the work. Jeremy and Lane did a great job with the install. Very pleased with the final outcome and how it looks inside and outside. Jeremy was the last to leave and made sure the app controlling the charger connected and the car was charging properly. Highly recommend AES! Thanks for the great customer service.

A storm cause a power outage in my area. After the utility service restored power, several light switches and power outlets wouldn't work any more. Also, I tried to do some repair work myself. But no luck in fixing my isse. So, I gave Advanced Electrical Services a try. They worked with me a lot on scheduling. I had to change dates on them a lot but they didn't give up on working with me. I really appreciate that. They were also transparent with their rates. That helped me plan ahead so I could afford their service visit when I finally had time for them to come out. Professionals make things look easy. And they came in, they did just that. They diagnosed the issue and quickly fixed my problems. Money well spent.
