Josh is communicative, timely, thoughtful, efficient, and experienced. He did the right work, was honest in a situation where he could have overcharged, which is more often than not "the norm" these days. If they weren't such a trusted company with care for retaining us forever, he could have overcharged to underdeliver. We appreciate AES, Josh, and their amazing customer service from an immediate response, timely notification, and full fix level. Well done. Y'all call them. 💯

This was the first time we needed an electrician and I'm so glad I called AES!! I told them what I needed done and was scheduled the same day. Levi the electrician was prompt, friendly and professional. He had the job done quickly. I was happily surprised at how affordable the price was too. Very pleased with AES and will call them again whenever we need electric service.

Mark answered the phone and sent tech, Levi, out to the rescue. Levi handled our electrical issue extremely quick and he was very professional. Levi not only explained the issue to my husband, but he also showed him. The work was also affordable. Now I can rest well tonight knowing our electrical issue has been resolved. Our lighting and outlet installer was Levi and he performed a great service at our home. The project was lighting and outlet additions and replacements, and he was thorough and efficient in performing his work. We recommend AES and will contact them for future electrical projects.

This was my first time using Advance Electric Service and they did not disappoint. Ashley was very informative about what I needed when I called to schedule the appointment and pricing was spot on. She let me know ahead of time that my technician was on the way and who was providing the service. When Levi arrived, he knew what needed to be done and finished the job quickly. If you are looking for a good electrician, call them for quality, prompt service.

Josh showed up within 30 minutes of my call on a Friday afternoon to fix a problem I was having with a faulty receptacle. He figured it out quickly and had everything taken care of in about 20 minutes. Super friendly, fast, and professional. I highly recommend AES; they really came through when I needed help.

I called several people and places about my lights/wiring issue over the weekend. A few people/companies answered but only one showed up (Advanced Electric Service). They all said middle of next week or the week after. However, Advanced Electric Service had someone (Josh) at my home first thing Monday morning. Not only did Josh get my light fixture, exhaust fan, heat fan, and sockets straightened out, He got it done swiftly. AND, He was able to do it without shutting the power off/disrupting my workday! I will definitely be using them for my rewire. Swift service, good customer service, knows what they're doing, and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend.

Phenomenal Service from Start to Finish!

From the moment I scheduled my appointment online, the entire team delivered exceptional service. The process was seamless and professional right from the beginning. When I spoke with Ashley and explained the septic issues we had been battling for two weeks, she immediately understood the urgency and arranged for Josh to come out right after setting up our appointment for Monday — truly going above and beyond.

My husband had also spoken to Mark, and I was impressed with how everyone involved was fully informed of our situation before the technician even arrived. This level of communication and coordination is rare and speaks volumes about their customer care.

When Josh arrived, he quickly assessed the problem and applied his expertise to resolve the issue. We had been dealing with a persistent GFCI problem that was causing our sprinkler system to shut down, leading to further complications with our septic system. After days of trying different septic service companies, plumbers, electricians — all unable to resolve the issue — Josh stepped in and applied his skillfulness to fix what others could not.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Josh’s professionalism, knowledge, and ability to resolve such a complex problem efficiently. Book an appointment. Never came. They keep on sending reminder that they are gonna meet me. Called them and Mark is rude. They dont know anything about the appointment. He hang up on me.

Miss Ashley dispatched Levi and he was here within a few minutes. Levi was very informative. They were able to get the part needed today and everything is working great! Highly recommend Advanced Electric!

We have had electricians come to the house and couldn't get to the bottom of some of our receptacles not working. I called Advanced Electric yesterday and Levi showed up this morning ahead of schedule! He found the problem, fixed it and installed some GFCI receptacles that were missing. He was so nice, personable, professional and knowledgeable! We will DEFINITELY use AES again and will tell others about them!! Today I had my old ceiling fans replaced with the new and improved - one piece units. Levi was my electrician, he had the old fans down and the new ones up in no time. I am extremely satisfied with the work. Wow! Super fast response time! Levi had my old chandelier removed & new chandelier hung in minutes! And went above and beyond to make sure it was PERFECT! I’ve already scheduled my next appointment for them to repair/add an outlet. Price is very affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just had an installation of a Whole House Generator (Kohler) 20KW system, by AES.

And I’m SUPER HAPPY! 😆👍 with the entire process with AES 👏

The entire process with AES was smooth, pleasant, and 100% professional (and FAST⚡️).

In fact, AES was “Heads and Tails” ABOVE… ALL….other Generator contractors around the Jackson, Mississippi area (and I called 📞over SEVEN (7️⃣) different ones 😱).

This is in contrast to my initial experience with the 1st main Generator seller, Home Depot (of whom I started this entire process) — With them, they had THEIR own installer/contractor (Mississippi Energy Services [MES]), who came out and seemed legitimate (at first), but:

1) They tried to “Pressure” me into a Generic Generator,

2) Quoted me a HUGE [inflated💸] price😰, and

3) Told me I had to wait MONTHS to get a generator installed. 😱👎

This was when I called Kohler [directly], and was given AES’s contact info, as an alternate choice (who are also Certified Kohler Contractors). 👍

A majority of YouTube reviewers say that Kohler is a MUCH BETTER (more reliable) Whole House 🏠 Generator (than the “So So” Generic).

When I made an appointment, Ashley of AES was SUPER helpful to get me started.

The main guy (Mark) came out the very NEXT day 😱👍to given me an estimate, survey, and educate me to/through the process.

The very next day (after), Mark quoted me a VERY reasonable price (A LOT better than Home Depot/MES).

And here is the “kicker/surprise”🦵🤯- AES promised me to get a Generator installed in a MUCH FASTER ⚡️time ⏳ (WEEKS-vs-months), which 90% of all other contractors could only promise.

The only pain (or “delay”) was with the Gas ⛽️ hookup, which was my Propane (as AES only work with Natural Gas [not LP/Propane]).

But I found some “Super” guys locally at Lampkin Love Propane (in Pelahatchie) - the other Major LP place (Blossman) SUCKED majorly!! 🤬👎

After the Lampkin Love guys hooked up my LP, I called up AES to wrap things up.

The AES crew (Lane & Jeremy) came out the very NEXT DAY 😱(WOW, is RIGHT!!!) 👏😂 to finish up the Electrical.

They got this done ✅ within a few hours 👍 - and even took the time to “TRAIN”👨‍🎓 me on how the Generator Worked, Registration, and App set-up.

Overall - 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience & service 👍

So if you EVER need a Whole House Kohler Generator (or other Electrical services) call 📞 Mark at AES (you will NOT be dissatisfied 👍) - if Home Depot comes calling, then run, 🏃‍♀️Run, 🏃🏽‍♂️RUN 🏃for the Hills 🏔️….(🙅‍♂️) [then call ☎️ AES 😂👍].

Andrew was so helpful! We are selling our home and were able to move our closing date up a couple of weeks because he got all of our repairs done immediately. I called on a Saturday, and he had everything repaired for us at the beginning of the week. He even repaired some things that we didn’t know needed repaired because of his experience with home inspections! They were also very reasonable with pricing! We will definitely use them again!
