Got rug home today the rug looks dirty same place when we took it. Very disappointed in quality of job. Wasted $260.00. Would not recommend to anyone.

They have an excellent, clean and professional drive-through drop off facility. Kim met with us and meticulously prepared a cleaning and renovation plan to fit our situation. We are very familiar with the George Bell company from distant past experience and chose them for their continuing excellence even though we now live in Florida.
