The service wasn’t terrible but personal opinion it wasn’t worth the 115 I paid for just one room to be steamed. The prices were a bit higher than other carpet cleaning services nearby and results were very underwhelming. I literally called for one stain. The owner did come on very short notice and was polite, but did not get the stain. He was not here very long and did not seem to go over the carpet as extensive as I thought for the price. He also did not remove the stain which was the main reason I called. Once he left, my partner and I were able to get the stain up ourselves with little to no effort and walmart bought cleaning supplies lol.. which makes me believe he didn’t attempt to clean good enough for the price I paid. He also was on the phone and yelling very loud in my home which I thought was unprofessional. I support black owned companies but the experience just wasn’t up to par for 115 for one room.

They show up when they say they will. Excellent job on my restaurant floors. Trustworthy! I often leave keys for them to let themselves in and out. Total pros.

The bottom line is that this is a 5-star company. Mr. Rand (Pastor) is the ultimate professional. I was literally facing an emergency situation. Mr. Rand's calm yet knowledgeable and flexible approach to the situation was unmatched. He communicated effectively, was prompt on arrival and went over and beyond my expectation as to the finished product. Oh, and by the way, I must mention that while cleaning, Mr. Rand found a nice sum of money -----that I would have never known existed ---- yet he called to inform me that the money did exist. I was pleasantly surprised to see that honesty and integrity can still be found in our society. I strongly recommend Rand's cleaning service.

We had a very bad septic tank backup in the bathroom 🚽 and tub 🛀 and he was so professional and cleaned 🧼 and sanitized everything so well and even steam cleaned the carpet in the hallway without extra charge just to make sure he got all the bad water 💦 out the house! Very reasonable price for everything he did!

horrible. set an appointment. they confirmed. went missing pass a hour. waited. called five times and no one answered. tried a (6TH) time and I was hung up on after the second ring. took off of work to accommodate the schedule he requested as well

I had 3 rooms that needed to be clean but I was sure that 2 of the rooms couldn't get clean that we would have to pull it up. Mr. Rand looked at the rooms and reassured me he could get them clean or money back. I took him up on the offer cause I knew it couldn't get done. When I came back after a few hours lately I couldn't believe how the black color of that carpet was completely Clean..... Thanks you guys...you saved me alot of money
