I recently had my chimney cleaned, a new chimney cap installed, and the crown refinished by Mr. Fred and Mr. Chris of Fireplace Chimney Sweep Solutions. While there was a slight delay at the start, I called Mr. Bledsoe, who immediately apologized and made sure the team arrived within 10 minutes. From there, everything went smoothly.
Fred and Chris were professional, efficient, and clearly knew their craft. They did an excellent job with the cleaning, the installation, and the crown work. They kept me informed throughout the process even with pictures. The chimney looks great, and I feel confident it’s in much better condition now.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing chimney maintenance or repair.

Mr. Thomas came out on a Sunday to assess my unit. Although some parts needed replacing, he was able to get it up and running with the current worn out parts until the part store opened on Monday. First thing Monday morning he was at the part store obtaining replacement parts and had my AC fixed by 1pm.
Throughout the process, he was very informative by showing and explaining the issue to me. Located the correct parts at a good price. He also kept me updated through text and calls.
Lastly, he was very affordable like really affordable because I’m sure a service like that with any other company would’ve been a week’s pay.

Mr. Thomas was professional and made sure my water heater was placed in a timely manner. I will use his business again

My husband called to get an estimate about a week ago and was told he would receive a call back, the rep was very nice. My husband was told that a supervisor would call him back. He received a call back from the supervisor, we live in Jackson so the supervisor told my husband he don’t like doing work in Jackson, now for those that live in Jackson, Ms we all know that the pipes are old so if we are calling to get pipes replace how could you say you don’t like doing work in Jackson when that’s your job. I work in the medical field but I would never tell a patient I don’t want to assist them when that’s my job to care for patients. I think Buford needs to consider getting a new supervisor
