Silas and his crew did an excellent job. It was a difficult job and the tree was huge! After learning it diseased I knew it had to go. I got a handful of quotes and A1 Tree Service was the most affordable by a few hundred to a few thousand dollars but also very professional and easy to communicate with. As an out of town property opener they made it very easy for me to sit back and let them do it all.

The absolute best! So professional and wonderful! Will recommend this amazing company to everyone!!

Really appreciate all of the crew. The office staff were friendly, professional and extremely courteous. Mr. Silas and the tree/stump removal crew were very good and took great care not to disrupt the property. Silas’s team did a great job removing our 100’ pine tree that the drought and beetles killed. They carefully measured where the top sections and then the majority of the trunk would land to not take down any adjacent trees. They were pretty quick on the job and thorough on the clean up and removal.

Fair pricing, quick work, and they hauled off all the debris and left my yard looking better than when they arrived- what more could you ask for? We hired A-1 Discount Tree & Lawn Service to trim several large, mature oaks in our yard to add more light to the lawn and to remove large limbs from over our house, and we were more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the rates given the complexity of the job. You could also hardly tell there had been large equipment in our yard. Silas Jr. was easy to work with and made sure we were satisfied with the work. A-1 will also get to your job relatively quickly which is much different than the other tree companies around here who schedule jobs months out.

Had a tall pine fall on my house during a storm. Went through the roof into the attic and punctured through an upstairs bedroom ceiling. A-1 was a recommended vendor for my insurance carrier. I wasn't familiar with the company but Silas Jr. showed up promptly with his crew. They worked hard for hours and did a fabulous job getting the large pine off my house, out of the attic, and cleaning up a huge mess. Wonderful service that relieved so much stress for me. They're the best!

Love this company. They did a professional and prompt service. While cutting the tree and grinding the stump, they accidentally cut a ground wire to my outside light. He was apologetic…..replaced the light AND paid to get the electrical work done. I wasn’t paid to say this and I usually don’t leave reviews. Highly recommend for any tree service you may need. Absolutely AMAZING!! Well priced but the staff was what made it. Professional and so nice and made the “experience” very easy and accommodating. I can’t tell you how happy we were with Silas and his staff. They went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.
