Fast to quote, affordable, same day removal. Hard to compete with that. They even included stump grinding in the price of the quote. Our son certainly loved getting to watch them work.

Amazing service, professional and attention to detail. We contacted A-1 to get some major tree work done and they came out and did an amazing job! I contacted A-1 Discount Tree and Lawn services on 15 April 2025 to have four trees removed on my property. It was about 7 AM in the morning and I immediately received a phone call from Silas Jr. the owner of the company. He arrived at my residence and gave me an estimate on the removal. By 10 AM he had returned with his crew and started removing the first tree. In a few hours he and his team had removed all four trees and started the clean up. Their entire team was very professional. Don’t wait until the storm comes to have trees removed from around your property. Outstanding job by A-1 Discount Tree and Lawn Service. Job well done.

A1 came to the rescue when a very tall tree close to our house starting dropping big branches. Their crew basically had to disassemble the tree in a very narrow space to protect it from falling on our house. The team was professional throughout, cleaned up the workspace promptly, and was reasonably priced. We highly recommend them!

Getting someone out for a quote started out a little frustrating, but once the rep came out, he proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful. We're still deciding on if we will use them. The quote was higher than most quotes we've received for our project, but this company's reputation keeps them on our list. We will see...

I emailed about getting some tree trimming. Silas Jr. texted me that he could come look at it the next day around 3. Then around 1:30 said he wouldn't be able to come until 4 and I said I was okay with that. Well he never showed up or even called to say he couldn't make it. Taking my business elsewhere 👍

I have not personally used the service of this company but as a neighbor, I was highly disappointed. No forewarning that they would be cutting down trees over a couple of days, blocking off both entrances to even get to my home and no one watching for traffic because some people houses were between what was blocked off. I was even told I couldn’t come through because of what they were doing. I had to argue that my home is in this block. It’s appears that they do great work but communication could be a lot better.
