    Gary Brooks with Mr. Appliance, came to my house and was AWESOME!! He was friendly and told me everything that he was going to do and took pictures of what the problem was. Since he left, my washer has been running perfectly!! He left me his card and told me to call if I had anymore trouble with my washer. He also told me to call Lowe’s and request Mr. Appliance for problems with my other appliances that I purchased from Lowe’s. I have to give Mr. Appliance and Gary an A++!!

    Called on August 21 to order dryer repair. I was told they would arrive between 12-4 on the 23rd. No call from Appliance repair. I called them at 4:17 and was told it would be a week out before they could come! I said GOODBYE!!
