Technician was very good and knowledgeable. The customer service was the worst I have ever had though. Scheduled and canceled four times, two months without a refrigerator is unacceptable.

Called 10 minutes prior the appointment. Brandon is courteous, professional & IA great tech. He knows the product well & was able to correct the operating issue quickly. This was a no-charge service call.

Our technician was very nice and very knowledgeable about refrigerators and too specifically ice makers! Be it that both ice makers failed at the same time, and the cost of repairs was a shy short of a new refrigerator, we opted for a new refrigerator! During his visit he explained to us the advantages of appliance insurance as did the nice Ai answering technology! We bought an extended warranty at the time of purchase, but the ice makers failed 2 years later!

I had 2 different technicians. Both were great!
Customer service was lousy. I was canceled 2 times. One day I was scheduled and no one came. When I called they said a job took longer than planned and he could not complete his route. But I was not informed that he could not come or the reason why until I called. It took a month from the time of my initial visit until my washer was repaired.
Not acceptable!

The contractor was absolutely rude, arrogant, and very unprofessional. I highly recommend finding another company to use. That’s what I will do.
