Reviews of local pros in Magee, Mississippi

I have used SME in the past and both times they were very professional. First time I needed power run to a new building on my property. They came the day and time they said and stayed until the job was completed. The second time I had issues inside my home. SME Found the issues and resolved them to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend SME to anyone looking for electrical work

Very pleased with the service. Answered on the first ring. Guys arrived early for the appointment. Friendly, professional, and finished their job quickly. Also cleaned up after they were done. Thanks again guys!! Will be contacting for more work.

South Mississippi Electric installed a 20k Kohler Generator at my house last year and the team was on time, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. They went through with me on how the generator works and all the features. They have followed up with me through the year on how it’s been operating and when yearly maintenance is required. I would highly recommend Anthony and his crew for electrical work and generator installation.

Anthony is an extremely professional and knowledgeable contractor. His electrical workmanship is second to none and his prices are very competitive. I would recommend him to anyone needing kohler generator or any other electrical work done. Donnie

Anthony and his team have helped me on numerous occasions and you can count on them to deliver the highest quality services each and every time. They pay very close attention to detail and listen to your needs and vision for the project. And all experiences are like talking to friends.

These guys did an awesome job of installing my generator. Even though the temperature outside was smoldering, they successfully installed it within under three hours. The power to my house could not have been off for more than 15 minutes while they hooked the system into my electric meter. I highly recommend them!!

South Mississippi Electric does the wiring in our Premier Portable Buildings. They do things right and are enjoyable to work with. Respectful, honest, and knowledgeable. Give them a chance at your electrical project and you'll be using them for the rest of your life!

Anthony at South Mississippi Electrical is the real deal! He showed up on time, explained everything in plain English, and got the job done fast and right the first time. You can tell he takes pride in his work — clean, professional, and dependable. From small repairs to bigger installs, he’s the one to call. Fair pricing, no runaround, and just an all-around solid guy. Highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done right in South Mississippi!

We used SME for our new build and could not be more pleased. Anthony and his team are so knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They took time to answer all my questions and made sure I knew what my options were. I would use them 100x over. They are awesome!

Home town service!

Good fellas working here helped me figure out a few complications with my job and had fair prices

Have been coming to this man's store for few years now and has a great since of humor. And good prices. And has most of what you would want or need to do repairs. Also can thread pipe to if you need a length threaded up.

Great service. Great price. Great work.

I’ve used this company on multiple occasions. They do quality work, stand by their word, and are reasonably priced!

Great work, excellent service, & and great price. Will definitely be using them again.

I would not recommend using this company unless you work out a price for services beforehand. They travelled back and forth between 2-3 jobs all day long to fix my problem and said I owed for drive time to-from each time they came to my house for this same job! It would've literally been cheaper for me to pay them to sit at my house all day than allow them to "help" others that day too. The owner was injured and talked about how he was glad he had help with his two hired hands that morning, but low and behold he charged me for 3 employees labor all day despite him doing nothing himself. Maybe I'm old schooled but I don't mind someone making a good honest living off of their professional service, but please don't rip me off and try to get rich off of me alone. Integrity goes a long way and I didn't see it with these guys. I try to shop locally but people like this make it hard for me to bypass help via large websites. These guys moved to my "only in case of dire emergency list".

They came right away. Got to work and fixed the problem. They are super friendly. Price is very reasonable. We are greatful to have them be our guys.

Excellent service! Professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. We've used them a couple of times (replacing an old A/C unit and fixing a couple of bad capacitors) and each time they've been amazing.
