I called Derek Tuesday afternoon about a plumbing issue, he arrived within 30 minutes and it didn't take him an hour to diagnose and fix my problem. This is where it goes downhill, I sent him a text a couple hours later telling him the supply line he changed was leaking, he called and said he'd be at my house first thing Wednesday, by 2 p.m. I hadn't heard from him, I sent him a text he called and apologized said he'd had an emergency call and no cell service, and said he'd come on Friday (Thursday was Thanksgiving), it is now Saturday and I haven't heard from Derek. My husband who had just got home from his job, removed the supply line Derek had replaced and discovered the gasket from the old one still attached to the water line causing the new supply line to leak. Very disappointed.
