Mark was very professional and obviously knows his stuff! He was great to work with and I will definitely use Royal Carpet Cleaning again!

Mark was very communicative when he cleaned our carpets. Our carpets look awesome and it was a very positive experience. We will be calling him again for our upstairs carpets when we are ready to have them cleaned.

Mark cleaned 1000 square feet of tile that had not been professionally cleaned since it was installed 20 years ago. I did not think it was possible to get the brown grout back to its original pearl gray . Holy Cow! My floors look brand new! Amazing job! Looking forward to Mark cleaning my carpets next.

Mark has our carpets cleaner than I have ever seen them! He was very professional, nice and informative. He explained everything he was gonna do and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Royal Carpet Cleaning!

I called and found the best carpet cleaning company of all time! Mark was very respectful, on time and did an all-around excellent job for me. I will most definitely use Mark again and refer he’s cleaning service to my family in friends.

Mark Fisher is the best carpet and upholstery cleaner I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. He is knowledgeable, honest , sincere, and professional. His passion for clean spaces makes him the best!! His work is superior to all others I have used and for the best price. He listens to all your needs, and gives you full attention to make sure you get exactly what your looking for. If you have any carpet or upholstery needing to be cleaned well and professionally; Mark is the one to see!!!
I will keep returning to him and I strongly recommend him to anyone!!! Thank you so much Mark!!! I love it!!! Beautiful!!!!!!

The carpets in my dad’s house are at least 25 years old, and haven’t been cleaned in at least 5 years. 3 men live here and they have no issues with spills and mud, so the carpets were hideous and stinky. Mark came out and cleaned all of them (see some before and after pics below) and they look sooooo much better. I’m no longer too grossed out to walk barefoot on them. I’d recommend Mark Fisher and Royal Carpet Ckeaning to everyone I know. He’s professional, friendly, and takes his time to do a good job. The price is very reasonable as well. Thanks, Mark!

I paid 475 for a full move in cleaning including cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, the fridge and oven. They did not clean my whole house. They were very slow, they did a terrible job on the things they did clean, except the oven and fridge.. Did good there. They missed whole rooms altogether. The crew that did the cleaning could probably have done a good job but the owner only gave them 3 hours to do the entire job for a 4500 sq foot home. And I paid extra for the fridge and ovens. The owner, who i spoke with to schedule the cleaning, never said anything about 3 hours nor was there a time limit stated in the work order the crew brought. After speaking with the owner when the crew hit the 3 hour mark the best she would do is give the crew another hour. Definitely do not use this service. I'm out $475 and now I have to waste a whole day of cleaning before I can move into my home.
