I called Eco Green on 12/10/23 and scheduled a cleaning in my Olive Branch home for today, 13/13/23. After a half hour passed and nobody showed I called and they confirmed my appointment and told me “we’ll call you back with an ETA for our tech”. They then called me back about 10 minutes later and said “sorry we can’t help you”…. And hung up. I called back and they told me I was out of their service area, and hung up again. Of note, I was out of town and a family member had to drive over 2 hours to meet the tech as we’re in the process of moving in from out of town. Terrible customer service, very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Steer clear, zero stars.

Jesse did a excellent project on our carpets that were long overdue from getting a cleaning. He owns the business and seems to take pride in his work. I would endorse him.

Be careful!! with this company. I was researching dependable local companies online in the Desoto County area so I could drop off some rugs for cleaning. Their address takes you to the entrance of a senior citizen's community. So I assume the address is fake to mislead local customers into believing they are a local business. They have very little information online, no social media, or any active websites under this name. Reviews seem sketchy as well.

explained what he was going to do and how it would come out and he was right on. Ceramic tiles hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 30 yrs and arrived out looking great. Tile grout is back to its original color- well worth getting done. wonderful project Justine

They were incredibly soiled, but I'm certain my home in Olive Branch will have a fresher scent tonight. Before pictures of some carpet sections are accessible. I paid $250, plus a $60 tip, for a detailed deep cleaning service. Three cleaners arrived and worked for about 2.5 hours. While they did clean some areas like the air vents, stove, and toilets, the overall job felt incomplete. As shown in the photos, there were several spots that were clearly missed.

The vacuum full of dirt and dog hair was from when I vacuumed the rug afterward—despite being told it had already been vacuumed twice and mopped. If that was the case, I’d recommend they use better equipment, as it didn’t seem effective.

We addressed our concerns with the owner, and she did refund us half of the payment, which I appreciated. She was easy to communicate with, but based on the quality of the cleaning, I wouldn’t hire them again.
