I had a great experience! The technician was prompt and very friendly! He made sure I was satisfied with each room.

If there was an option to give no stars, I would. This company is a total rip-off. My carpet looked exactly the same after the technician was finished. Still dirty. He did three rooms in under 30 minutes. It was a lazy young guy who cleaned my carpet. The guy came back and tried to do a better job. The only difference was that the carpet was wet and smelled nice. It doesn't even look like the carpet has been cleaned at all!!! Do not waste your money with this company. They do not have the proper equipment to clean floors....Just a janky little machine. You pay for what you get though.

Wonderful job!!! Ronald called while on his way to our home, arrived promptly and on time. He got our 20 year old carpet that has never been professionally cleaned looking brand new. No need to replace- I will recommend Heaven Sent to everyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.

I called in a order for new carpet and was told someone would be here the next day the . The next day someone arrives and said he was sent out to clean my carpet , I let him know I wanted it replaced not cleaned he said someone would be out the next day. Corey came out the next day to do measurements and told me he would have to come back the following day to replace the carpet ( let’s not forget the fact that I broke my bedroom furniture down and moved it out my room ) the next day I get a call saying they needed to reschedule for the following day . The following day has come no one comes and their not answering the phone . Heaven Sent use to be a good company to deal with I don’t know what’s going on now.

After experiencing a no show with another company, I contacted Heaven Sent Carpet & Janitorial Service to clean my carpet and sectional. I was able to obtain a quick appointment and the representative that took my order was pleasant and professional. The service technician arrive on time and was courteous, friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. He was here a little over an hour and twenty minutes. After completing the job, he made sure that I was pleased with the outcome. I was extremely pleased with my sectional and carpet. My sectional looked brand new. I am happy that I found this company and I will be using them again. Great job Heaven Sent!!! Especially to Eric, he was super!!!

Call and made an appointment thru Carmen, which this is my second time using Heaven Sent and everyone is heaven sent. Both times my experience was awesome and my carpet is very clean. Carmen was very professional and was able to get in last min. Brandon was the tech that came to clean my carpet and did an amazing job, I am highly satisfied and the price was very affordable. BIG UPS to Brandon and Carmen.

The man that cleaned my carpet did a rush job, and missed spots in two high traffic areas. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dropped off a carpet for cleaning and picked it up the following day as expected by 5:00 p.m. The workers at AnyTime Carpet Cleaning, particularly Gage and Josiah, were exceptionally courteous.
