Jason was very prompt and had the equipment to get the job done quickly and trim evenly around several large oak trees.
We are very pleased knowing that the next freeze should not cause another long hanging limb to break another window and that with even pruning it will fill out correctly

Jason and his crew were very professional in their work. This tree was 71” across the stump and had my house and electric wires on the sides. Totally cleaned the entire area of all debris. I would use and recommend them to everyone.

Had 2 Bradford pear trees blown down by the high winds. Jason was out the next morning and cleaned it up. Very professional service.

Mr. Odum trimmed my tree this morning and I am very satisfied with the job he did and I would give him a 10+++ if I could. He not only trimmed the tree he hauled the branches off and cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend him.

Jason Odom cut down a large tree from my front yard. He did a marvelous job picking up the branches, limbs and grinding the area where the tree was located. He also racked he yard. He left the yard looking great. Look at the pictures below.

I had a really great experience with A New Image Property Maintenance. I had about 20 stumps still rooted in my yard, and they didn’t just grind the surface, they cut them down further and ground them deep so now you can’t even tell they were ever there. That was important to me, and they did it right. The yard looks completely different now, much cleaner and smoother. No uneven spots, no leftover debris. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.
They also hauled away a damaged canopy that was left from previous work, which saved me another headache. The job took about 3 days, and before starting, they walked me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect. No guessing, no surprises. A huge thank you for an excellent job on our property. They removed a large, stubborn stump and two smaller ones, that were eyesores in our backyard . Jason worked efficiently and was extremely professional. When they were finished, they left absolutely no mess behind, clearing all the large debris and leveled the grinding. Jason was wonderful! He arrived on time and got to work immediately. He took excellent care to trim some heavy limbs and branches from my trees to make sure they were away from my house. I did have some extra help with me to haul limbs to the street, but he jumped in and helped with that too once he finished trimming. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend

I was looking for some snow/ice removal for my small driveway. I called Jason and he sent one of his guys right over ! He did a great job! I was happy with his work. There was a miscommunication/ misunderstanding. But when i reached back out to Jason he heard my concern and everything was made right. I would give them my business again if ever needed.

Excellent service from start to finish! Jason did an outstanding job cleaning up the property around our pond and grinding stumps that had been an eyesore for years. He was professional, thorough, and left everything looking clean and beautiful. It’s such a huge improvement and we’re beyond pleased with the results. Website says weed control- you call and they say they don’t do weed control... wonder what the test of the service is like?

I've had the service for a few weeks now and since the initial rocky start, service has been fine.

I want to thank Melinda for helping get everything sorted. She took care of all the issues I had and explained what happened. While the first mow was rough, Melinda stepped in and got it back on track. She's absolutely amazing.

Grass has been cut on time and edging is neat and tidy. For once, we're ahead of the neighbors in mowing.

While I originally posted a 1 star review, the response from the company and the steps taken to correct the issues definitely deserved an updated review.
