I heard they do good services but the address on their website is not correct. That is very inconvenient for the customers who prefer to speak to someone directly.

It's ok. The workers don't do a through out job on our yard. The rubbish from the grass was still on the lawn,but otherwise the timing is great!

We have been using them for several years. Absolutely the best. Great communication.

Spotty cutting. Called to cancel my service because we bought a lawnmower and they told me there is a $30 cancellation fee. I was not informed of this nor was it on the ad they sent out to everyone. Rude and unprofessional

Nice staff. Easy to use website. Most of all, great lawn services. They are timely and reasonable.

So far good job. Now for the big test. They just sprayed my winter pre-emerge. Lets see if it stops any Poanna this spring. Hope so.

Customer service in the office is great and the guys are always professional in the field. Flowerbed maintenance is great as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Talked to owner in January to start a one-yr service, paid in advance (BIGGEST MISTAKE) and received awful service. Year of service is over, still have weeds. Would leave messages for owner to call back and never did. When I would call again, she's rude and has terrible attitude.. doesn't remember that if there are no costumers there,'s no business. THE WORSE SERVICE EVER.

Tore up my yard today, (second week in a row). The ground is way to wet for a mower, but these idiots wanted to try anyway. Now I have mud clumps all the way down my driveway and tire tracks through my grass. It's the last straw. Get what you pay for, now I've actually got to pay more to fix what they damaged!

Did not do whole yard. Call several times with complaints and same results. Sent a different yech out and they were no better. Almost a year and seen no results in yard. At least I seen some results in the other 3 I had. Lawn jox sucks.

Would give zero stars if I could. Was quoted a price approximately one week before they came to cut my lawn. After seeing their work, I had already decided I would no longer be using their service. They missed an entire portion of the lawn. The weed eating was spotty at best, and they neglected to blow the clippings from my back patio. To add insult to injury, they called today and informed me they would be charging me double because my grass was tall. It rained for nearly a week straight! Of course the grass was taller! I would not recommend this service.

I love LawnJox. They do a great job and are VERY communicative if they have to reschedule (due to weather, for instance). Everyone over there is very nice and they really work with me so my lawn looks its best.

Been getting treated since July 2020. Right now I have a few weeds that need attention. During the winter it was onion type of grass. I was told that it was a tough weed to control and it came back. I also asked for a grass or soil test. Because some spots are not growing. I was told someone would be out to check but haven't seen or heard anything yet.

If you’re looking for lawn care in the Mid-South search no further. I requested an estimate on Saturday... Received the estimate on Monday... Lawn was mowed on Tuesday! Amazing customer service and I look forward to doing business with these guys for many years to come.

very sloppy, covered my flower beds with grass clippings, covered my vehicle with grass clippings, didn't blow grass clippings off... they've cut my yard several times and I've been thinking they would get better but every service has been worse and worse... they can't get the billing straight either. There has been an issue since day one on how they bill me and losing my card info, billing me a month later, needing me to call in to give them card info cause they lost it. So they're bad in the field and bad in the office... Pass on these guys!

Office staff is nice, but the owner wasn't pleasant at all. I had an issue with the services and I was waiting on a call back from the owner. Once I spoke with her, for some reason she had an attitude. There will be issues/problems with any service...the nature of the business. But there's no reason to over talk and form an attitude. Today was the last I will be using of Lawn Jox

Very special people who really care about your lawn. They are reliable, and very affordable. They do everything from mowing and flowerbeds, to trimming bushes and treating for weeds, fleas and ticks. They show up when they are supposed to, and fully complete all jobs to your satisfaction. I have used Lawnjox for years, and have never had any issues.

I reached out a week ago for a landscaping estimate. I set up my free consultation for Thursday of the following week. Well I didn’t get a call that day, however, I wasn’t so bothered about it because it was a free consultation & I knew that I was not a priority, which again, was fine! I get a call on Friday morning stating that they will be out to do my estimate. Well, I told the receptionist, I’m assuming she was the receptionist, that I was heading out of town & that I couldn’t be there to talk with the landscaper. So she said “that’s okay, he can go out & look at the yard & start the estimate”. I followed up with them that following Monday & I was told that the estimate was not in yet. So, I still didn’t worry about it. So, I called on Tuesday, again. I was told that the estimate was incomplete because the landscaper needed to talk to me & get an idea of what I’m wanting. I expressed that I thought that we were going to do just that on MY SCHEDULED DATE OF THURSDAY! She proceeded to blame me for not being available on FRIDAY! Which is ludicrous!!! I try to support business & be patient inspite of poor reviews. Customer service should be every business TOP PRIORITY! COMMUNICATION IS KEY! I’ve had plenty of lawn services tell me that they were booked through the summer!!!

Lawn Jox started mowing and treating my lawn a year ago. I moved into a rental house and the yard was FULL of weeds. I had Lawn Jox come out and start spraying and mowing for me. It took a few months, but I am happy to say that they literally killed all of the weeds in my yard and left me with great grass! While all of my neighbors are already mowing because of their weeds, my grass is still brown and hasn't started growing yet. I would recommend them to anyone!
