I've used Couch twice and service was outstanding: fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

They cut several trees for me and the clean-up was excellent. All for a good price. Very polite and professional crew.

I called on a Friday to schedule an appointment for an estimate but there was no answer. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving, so I wasn't disappointed and just left a voicemail. To my surprise, a lady called back and said someone was working that Saturday and would reach out and could do the estimate. No one called. I called Monday, but again no answer, so I left another voicemail. Tuesday, still no call so I called them back. Again, no answer and another voicemail left. I received a text from the lady who'd called previously saying someone would call Wednesday. No call. Thursday, no call and again I called back and again no answer. Still no call two weeks later. Very poor service.

Very friendly owner and staff. Free estimates, reasonable prices. I couldn't be more pleased with the tree removal job. They cleaned up the area well upon completion. Highly recommended!

Previous experience years ago was excellent. This time around not so much. The estimate was on the high side, but that was to be expected for quality work. After agreeing to the estimate we were ghosted, given time promises that were not kept, and our phone messages seldom if ever returned. After nearly 4 months of run around we cancelled our request for the work.

They did amazing job on removing and trimming up a few trees in our yard! Job site was nice and clean after they finished as well. Very happy with the service we received, and I highly recommend Couch tree service. Great job! Thank you.

Got here quickly, only took an hour from start to finish. Can’t tell a tree or large equipment were ever in the yard.

Couch Tree Service is the best tree service I have used to date. I have used several tree services over the last 20 years and Damon Couch is far superior to all of them. I was impressed by Couch's professionalism and excellent job on the removal of trees. The cleanup and removal of debris was outstanding. My wife mentioned, "It is like they were never here." The yard was clean and undamaged by the heavy equipment. The workers were attentive to their tasks. There was no horseplay or loud music. I would highly recommend Couch Tree Service.

These guys are the best!! We had two big pine trees we needed taken down (one was dead, but the other was very huge and we didn’t want it coming down in a storm and damaging life and limb). They had them both down, stumps ground and everything cleared out and done in two days. They even fixed our fence back, as they had to move some of it to get their equipment in our back yard. They truly went above and beyond in my opinion, & they were very reasonable. It took a little while before they finally got to us, but that’s because they were so sought after. A lot of the delay was from the bad storm that came through in the summer and took a lot of trees down all over the place. We didn’t mind waiting, because we had gotten a good recommendation for them from someone else. It was definitely worth the wait! These guys are amazing!! I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tree removed!!

Just had 2 pine trees and a crape myrtle removed from my house. All that hung over my house. These guys were amazing in getting them down and removing all debris. Highly recommend.

People listen, these guys came to our house and cut 3 trees and cleaned up so we'll, I strongly recommend this company, because they are very professional, extremely knowledgeable of their job and very friendly!!

A good, hard-working group of guys, and they’re family. I had a tree damaged from the recent ice storm, they were quick to inspect, give me a quote, and got it done. Will defiantly be calling them for any future issues.

Couch tree service came and removed 3 large trees. They were professional, courteous, respectful to us. But the way they came in, equipment on hand and just got to work! Cut down, grind stumps and removed debris. Blew off roof, Driveway and patio which had debris on it. When they left my house there was no sign they had ever been there! I would definitely recommend them.

Couches Tree Service is a very good company if you have trees to cut down and stumps to be removed.

Couch Tree Service was the only company that followed through when we needed help the most. After the ice storms, we had one last section of debris that multiple companies either ignored or said they couldn’t handle due to the fenced-in area.

Their team showed up confident, professional, and fully capable. They carefully worked within the confined space, cleared everything efficiently, and didn’t cause a single bit of damage to the fencing. When they finished, there was no mess left behind—just a clean, restored space.

After weeks of frustration, this was a huge relief. We finally feel like we’ve put the storm behind us. Highly recommend.
