I wish I could give a 0 or a negative star but I can’t. We paid a ridiculous amount of money to have them remove birds and they couldn’t do it. This is now a HUGE sunken cost for our family. I now have to hire another company to do the job right, by removing them and making serious repairs to our house, costing us even more. These repairs could have been avoided if the job was done right the first time. Save yourself the time and money and hire somebody else. Horrible experience.

My wife had this man come and spent $130 something on a first time service. Now we have more spiders than we have ever had. Webs everywhere!!!!! Wasps nests outside. She asked him about the spiders and he said u have to see them to kill on contact and I do know this is untrue. Every pest control person we have had in our 1 1/2 year old house has sprayed and all spiders disappear. I would say beware of these services.

We are calling Patches our Christmas miracle! He "just so happened" to be doing our quarterly pest control when he noticed a LARGE sinkhole in our front yard. He made several phone calls & got the City out to repair a water main leak, All this BEFORE getting in contact w/ our family! As we are out of town-we know that Patche's timely call saved our home and possibly saved us from a bigger disaster. I'm pretty sure that is not a part of his job description. Charles is the guy you need with any pest issue. Responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy - can’t go wrong.

I wish I'd known about him as soon as we moved. Unfortunately we got stuck with a rat infestation and then found him. He sealed up the house from the outside and has been working diligently to get rid since then. He's come out to remove when we were live trapping to be sure it wasn't squirrels to coming out periodically to check traps or lay new ones when we saw more activity. He just drove out to Clinton and left at 9 at night because we called him out after what sounded like a large pest at 8:30. He is worth every single penny and my kids get excited if they find out Mr Charles is coming. He's very responsive no matter when or how many times we call.

Pro tip call him first to seal up your house BEFORE he's having to get pests out.

Charles did a more thorough inspection for pest control than I have ever seen before. Treated the house with a range of treatments instead of a one size fits all! Signed up for quarterly service with him. Highly recommend.

The Owner Operator Charles Wilcox has got to be the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic person about bugs I have ever met! He is very professional and thorough when completing our quarterly pest service. He is also the first person to tell us about a screen that goes into our weep holes to keep the spiders and what not from coming into our house!!
