These guys were great! Very professional. Awesome customer service. I recommend them for any home remodeling, plumbing, or HVAC needs. It took some time with the warranty but it worked out great!

Kabren and Kip were very timely and professional. They also cleaned up after the job was finished. Wiped up the little amount excess water. They explained what they were doing to fix the plumbing blockage. They also gave me advice to avoid this situation in the future. Thank you so much!

I had an issue no other plumber or HVAC tech could resolve for months. I called Cozy and they sent Anthony. He came over and identified it in MINUTES! I have been in contact with this company going on for about 2yrs now.. I never had a problem with them coming too fix anything. Every company be busy, and sometimes get backed up with work. Just try calling again or emailing them, I’m pretty sure someone will get back with you.

Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with. My two sons are both in the phase of “let’s flush everything down the toilet” and decided to flush a toy. Anthony was able to unclog it and remove the mini fireman action figure that made its way down the pipes. He was very friendly and provided very fast service! Never use this company for anything. Ever. I had a clog that was filed thru home warranty. They promptly came out next day. The guy that showed up was not a plumber, had a 45 dollar snake that I could have bought at Walmart, no uniform, no company truck. Then when he said he needed a longer snake for the drain and then went MIA said I would get a call that afternoon then nothing. I called 4 days in a row and either they didn’t answer nor call me back. Twice on Tuesday no answer. They answered wed and Thursday and said a supervisor would call back but no call. Horrible customer service and the technician ‘not plumber’ had no clue what he was doing. Stay far away from this company. Hopefully my home warranty company will re dispatch this issue to draingo and I and no one else will have to deal with these clowns. The only excuse I have heard is there why needed to get in roof, which is absurd. There is a clean out valve from sink that is stopped up that goes to the road. What a disaster these idiots are..

Update: Draingo was dispatched to fix issue that this company couldn’t fix. They brought an actual plumber in a company truck out with an actual drain snake and solved the issues in 10 minutes.. again. Never use this company
