I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my recent experience with Servpro! I was shocked to discover that my home had flooded while I was out of town, and it was extremely overwhelming — I didn’t even know where to begin. I immediately called my agent, who referred me to Servpro. In less than an hour, they had an entire crew at my house working to get everything dried out (I wish I could say the same for my insurance adjuster 🙄).

Once insurance finally issued my check, I decided to use Servpro for the repair work as well. If you’re considering their construction services, make sure you ask for Chris Purviance. He truly went above and beyond — from coordinating with my adjuster to overseeing the entire repair process from start to finish. The quality of work was top-notch!

These guys are amazing!! We had a ton of damage from the ice storm last week here in Oxford, and these men were here pretty much as soon as we called them all the way from Jackson in the middle of all the chaos. They are not only reliable, but they are very thorough and polite.

Jason, Will and Patrick did an exceptional job servicing our business today. They arrived ahead of schedule and were extremely professional. Our HVAC system and vents were extra dirty and they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.

We plan to have them come back annually and I’d recommend this team to other businesses in the area.

If there’s one thing I can say about ServePro, besides the great work they did for me, is that they are LUCKY to have Christopher Purviance.

I had a lot of interior damage to my home due to a tree limb falling through my roof. Chris came out and inspected everything inside and out. He guided me through my insurance claim, repairs, and even helped me submit all of the proper documentation to my insurance company once the repairs were made.

The crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves and Chris was present throughout the process to make sure the job/repairs were running smoothly. I never had a problem getting in touch with him if I had any questions whatsoever.

I recommend ServePro and highly recommend Chris for a promotion immediately.

I didn’t even know that Servpro did construction work, but they came highly recommended by a friend of mine, so I decided to give them a try. Chris Purviance oversaw the project from start to finish. All I had to do was tell him what I wanted and he took care of the rest! The cabinets, fixtures and flooring all look amazing! I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out!

We are very pleased with the service we received from the Servpro team. Our project manager was Chris Blair, and he did a great job of assisting with the material selections, establishing clear timelines, and making sure we were provided with status updates every step of the way. The moving team ensured that our belongings were handled with care and were intentional about returning them to their original place in our home. Our contractor, Jimmy, did an excellent job with our repairs and even finished the project ahead of schedule. Dan and Devin provided repairs in addition to the original project, and as expected, they were professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction. Everyone was so kind! I recommend using Servpro, but especially if you’re looking for a professional team that provides quality work and are intentional about ensuring their customers feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Tevin, Keith, and Nick have been simply amazing, extremely professional, and very informative from the moment that they arrived at my front door to start the restoration process within my home. I am so grateful to have been serviced by a team of professionals that took time during each of their visits to walk me through the process of what was taking place and the follow-ups that would happen thereafter. Today was the end of their part of the restoration process, and I knew without a doubt that things were better because of all of their hard work, care, and concern that they've shown in the last couple of days. Renova came out to inspect my roof in response to the hail storm in Madison County last year; they were able to determine my roof had enough damage to advise that I file an insurance claim in order to get my roof replaced. Within a few weeks of my initial call, my roof was approved and subsequently replaced- and it took only one day for the actual project! These guys are the real deal and don’t mess around with wasting time or cutting any corners. Professional quality all the way around.
