Corey and his team did a great job trimming 3 large trees in our backyard. One was hanging over into the neighbors yard and they are happy with the work too. It took sometime for him to come because of rain delays and staffing issues, but we reccommend.

Showed up on time. Did a really good job cutting a dead hickory tree in backyard and trimming oak tree limbs off the roof on the front of the house. Cleaned up and left everything as it was before the arrived.

We had a tree that fell into another tree during after a storm. Dependable Lawn and Tree Service came out and gave an estimate and had the tree removed and all clean up completed within two days and at a great price. We will use them again for sure!

I have been a loyal customer for over 17 years. They are busy but always make time to call/text me back in a timely manner. When the wind blew down a large tree limb , which landed partly in the street, they responded quickly to my call and took care of it. Professional, polite and trustworthy. I recommend you give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

A tornado hit my home and have 2 trees on my roof. When I told the guy at Dependable to come and give me a quote, that I wanted the tree out immediately but needed some quotes, the guy from Dependable Lawn and Tree Service said that I should just "go with someone else since I wanted several quotes first. This is very unprofessional and a little shady. Anyone that wants to know if I have insurance claim and wants to jump on it instantly without some vetting by homeowner is asking for trouble.

Removed a large fallen pine tree from our back yard. Came out right away and did a great job. Very friendly, good communication. Will definitely call again for future work.

They were very nice and professional. They also gave me great advice on my yard drainage problems. I will definitely continue to work with them in the future!

Cory and his crew did a super job cutting down a tree that had fallen on my fence and cut down some other dead limbs around my house. They cleaned up very well afterwards and were very professional. He also gave me advice on some other issues I was having in my yard and have scheduled them to come back. Corey and his staff did an excellent, professional job with tree, stump and root removal and laying sod. The staff took pride in the quality of their work. My neighbors complimented on the hard work of the Dependable staff and how great my yard looked after the sod was laid. I agree! I plan on using Dependable again.

Dependable Law and Tree is an amazing service company. They have worked with us for years and have kept our house looking great. No matter what is needed, they are there to help. Cutting, sod, bushes, beds, tress, etc., they have helped us with all of them. We had a tree problem in our front year that they were able to fix immediately. No mess left behind and after a layer of sod was laid, you can't even tell there was a tree there. I would 100% recommend this company.

AMAZING SERVICE! These guys know their craft, they are fair, honest, and helpful. I needed someone who had teh expertise to help in this way because I was RISKING MY LIFE every time I tried to get up on a ladder and trim my trees. These guys know how to do it safely, quickly, and for a good price. You won't find anyone better in the Jackson-area.

I received a quote to have 4 trees removed in my back yard. The original quote wasn't signed until 2 weeks later due to price comparison. My tree cut appointment was scheduled an additional 2 weeks out from signing of the contract. I got a call 2 days before scheduling and was asked could they move the appointment up by a day. I agreed but informed them that due to the reschedule, I will not be present.
The next day, all preparation were made. I got a call from Corey while on site of my property, that due to leaves, he would have to rise the price an additional $2700 and it was a misquote for ALL 4 TREES?!?! How is that mathematically possible?! I canceled that service and he said he would send a voided contract to my email which I never received.
This project literally took a full month and week from initial quote inspecton, 2 reschedules on his part, and then to a few thousand dollars increase WHILE on site and not what was on the contract.
