Dependable Lawn and Tree Service did a terrific job raising the canopy of an oak tree that had grown for 30 years and the tree was over my patio and roof. It was a big job. Especially nice was their detail cleaning up.

Had been trying for months to get another company to come look at my trees. Dependable came out quickly to get me a quote to take out a large tree and trim two others. Came back and got the job done in a day, hauled off and cleaned up everything afterward. Pleased with the job and the price!

This tree service was excellent. They were prompt, professional and the clean up of our yard was exceptional. As soon as our trees came down the debris was taken care of. We would definitely use this service again.

Cut and trimmed trees, put in flower beds and straw. Everything was done professionally, on-time, within my budget, extremely courteous and helpful crew and carefully supervised. Corey was easy and flexible to work with and made this a beautiful finished project. Very pleased!!

Had some ornamental trees taken down and the stumps ground. They are very busy but once I finally got them here it went very quickly. They did a great job and wanted to make sure I was pleased with their work. They were very mindful of the marked utility lines, and cleaned up after themselves very well. Price was very fair. I hope to use them again in the fall for some plantings. Would definitely recommend!

They did an outstanding job! Had two pine trees in the backyard 75+ ft tall cut and removed. Called to get a quote. Corey came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable price. Trees were removed two days later. Cleanup was excellent. Very pleased with our experience!

Corey Staten and his crew were very professional, friendly, and efficient! They were able to remove 9 pine trees that were standing very close to our privacy fence. I was extremely concerned that one of the trees might fall the wrong way and take out part of the fence. Well, I'm happy to report that our privacy fence wasn't damaged at all.

I had full intent of leaving a 5 star review, however the owner has a horrible attitude.
I contacted them on 07/27 with the address of the property and was given the estimate on 07/28. I explained that I was waiting on a check and would reach out when I was ready for the work to be completed. On August 4th I reached out to verify that the work included removal, haul off, and stump grinding and it was verified and agreed upon.
He finally came on on 09/08 to complete the work and forgot to grind the stump, then DEMANDED payment for work not completed, even got a. Attitude that I would not pay full price for not full work. The work was completed fully on 09/10 and he immediately began to text me and harass me for the full payment.
(I would like to add that I am a property manager and he knows I work at an office during the day. Which means personal business cannot be handled until after work hours, he knows this because I have contracted him for work on my property).
He even attempted to intimidate me, making comments such as "it will be paid today or else and it will be paid by 7:30"
He has no form of etiquette or professionalism in how he talks to others and I would recommend against using his company.

Dependable Tree Service completed an enormous project in our backyard encompassing five yards. Planning, Communication, Progress and completion went well considering the weather conditions. We can now be comforted knowing the removed tree will not cause property damage or harm anyone.

I use these people to Cut a big oak tree down in my backyard with their tree trimmer Travis, who was excellent and all of the workers were just incredible, and then they laid a two pallets of sod down in my backyard and did an amazing job. Highly recommend these people.

This is a great company. The leadership is supportive and the company is very organized as a whole. I never had a poor interaction when dealing with US Lawns and I only see hard work with high quality results.

I went to the Wellington located at the Hilton in Jackson, MS. I parked my car near the restaurant. I came out and the person doing lawn had blown dust and small debris all over my black car. I alerted the hotel clerk. She came out and took photos and said she would contact company.
I eventually called the company and was told they have to come to see car in exact location. (My car sat at restaurant for 2.5 hours after incident) I told him I could bring it to place of business and he said they were closed. It was around 4pm. THE General Manager made EXCUSES. If they really cared and to make things right they would have rectified problem especially since my car sat at hotel for 2.5 hours after incident!!!
Basically they did absolutely nothing! The man performing work was Mexican and didn’t speak English.
I’ve seen plenty of this companies vehicles in various locations but didn’t know they don’t like to take responsibility for things like this. The man never apologized!!
These companies worry about every penny versus being given a bad reputation. As long as I live I will never recommend or deal with such companies. Whatever happened to taking responsibility for bad behavior or at least apologizing.

Called in about getting a quote for my commercial property. A lady told me someone would be calling me to arrange a time. The gentleman called me on Monday and stated that he couldn't come give me a quote until Thursday. I asked if he could view the site before then, he stated no very rudely and took me off completely. I wouldn't do any business with this company moving forward because the service was not up to par. This company is not friendly at all, I want to be treated with respect when dealing with a company. Trust me, I can spend my money with better American companies.
