I am extremely satisfied with the work Renova Roofing & Construction completed on my roof!! I had hail damage, and Renova made it easy for me to work with my insurance company to replace my roof. They started and finished in only 1 day and my roof looks amazing! I recommend Renova for all your roofing needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Brad Riles on my roof replacement. He went above and beyond to get my house ready for the new buyers. He stayed with me throughout the entire process. His staff was very professional and consistent. If I had to do it again it would definitely be Renova Roofing & Construction. Kudos to the entire staff.

Had Christian Construction put a new roof on our home here in Leland and could not be more pleased with the installation with the roof nor with the excellent communication between Tyler and my wife and I....Would give the company the very highest of recommendations to anyone needing roofing assistance.

2 years later and my roof is still leaking and was never repaired from the initial replacement. Lights in 2 of my rooms have burned out due to water damage and 1 room water is damage roof all over again. Have called the office multiple times since with no answer. Again. Owner needs to call or come to my home asap.

my husband and I were very pleased with this company. they did everything they said they would in the time frame stated. very fine young men and I enjoyed talking and visiting with them. if I had any questions before or after roof was placed, I was free to call on them. they always answer and never seem to be bothered by your call.

Lived up to all expecting. Met all time-frames that was presented to me. Quality materials and workforce. Replaced two roofsbon my street and working on one now several more commitments. Cleaned up without destroying my landscaping. I highly recommend this roofing company. Especially works well with insurance companies.

Great Company, Great People, and Great Workmanship. These guys are very thorough on following up on their work and making sure you are happy with their product. I hired them to do my personal home and was so pleased that I turned around and hired them to replace the roofs on two of my rental homes.

They technically haven't finished yet (waiting on a gutter company to come replace some sections) but I had to leave a review. The crew that did the house was very quick and professional. They even put a ridge vent in and did away with broken attic fans. I don't know if that's normal, but I didn't know they were doing it and it was a huge bonus for me. I replaced my water heater this past weekend and messaged Tanner on a Saturday in a rush to get someone to seal the new vent from the outside. It was supposed to rain that Monday and my poor planning didn't account for this. He came to my house an hour later and climbed on the roof and sealed it for no charge. If customer service is a dying art, these people are artists. Use them. You won't regret it.

We had severe storms in our area and had damage to our roof. The guys came out with a drone to survey the damage. They also had a representative on site the day the insurance adjuster came by.. Insurance company balked on some of the cost projections but eventually agreed to pay. Danny and Chris checked in with us frequently during the negotiations. Crew did a great job with installation and damage repair. Good communication - always professional.

The inspector whole conducted inspection and my paperwork lied to me on multiple factors, including the need to see my paperwork from the instance company showing the destinations of my claim amount. He then told me that I had to provide a deposit of half the cost in order to start the paperwork to get my estimate. A supervisor confirmed that this was not necessary and that I could have indeed received an estimate and awaited approval before signing the contract and siding a deposit. After receiving my deposit and estimate, I waited two months with no update, after reaching out to him on my own I was then told that I would need an additional minimum of over $3,000 in order to get my roof Done. This is only a part of what has transpired, I am disappointed and stressed, with how this process has turned out. Had I known this would have happened I would not have signed the contract and agreed to give this company the job.
