One of my attic vents was leaking. This caused so much water damage that I had to gut and remodel my bathrooms. Rather than reaching out to the original roofer, I reached out to Watkins for leak repair. When we noticed the leak still persisted, they came out again and made sure they go it right at no extra charge. They made good on their work and I value that. They also installed two new vents in my roof for my nee bathrooms. And, they also cleaned my skylight, roof, and gutters. Everything looks nice now and I feel secure in their work. Your home is a substantial investment. But it's also your home -- a place for comfort, rest and refuge. You want to protect both. And something as simple as getting a good roofer goes a long way in doing that.

Watkins came out and replaced some shingles and sealed up the roof. I couldn’t really communicate with crew, but Bryce answered all questions I had.

I was very pleased with Watkins. They replaced our roof, some decking and updated our skylight. It looks great. The workman who fixed our laundry room where the tree branch came through the ceiling did a really great job. It’s blended so well you can’t tell it had ever been damage.

I am very pleased with the repair job that Watkins Construction and Roofing did on my roof. I had some shingles blown off during a wind storm and my roof leaked. The day after Watkins repaired my roof, it rained all day long, heavily at times. My roof didn’t leak anymore! Yay!
Every person that I spoke with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They kept me informed about when someone would be out to give me an estimate, and when the work would be done. They came when they said they would be there. After the work was done, they cleaned up and made sure there were no roofing nails left behind.
I feel like the price was reasonable, and I’m very pleased that Watkins Construction was able to get my roof to stop leaking!

It is rare to find an organization that understands how to keep their customers informed, provide timely service and do their work well and even clean up after the job is done. What is very very rare is a company that can do that consistently over time. Watkins Construction & Roofing is one of those very rare companies. They did work for us about 10 years ago when we lived in another house in Madison. They replaced our hail damaged roof and made sure everything was done right. WELL! They did it again. This time it was a repair of some shingles that heavy winds blow off the roof. They were responsive to install a temporary tarp and then stay in touch with us until their repair team could get here. They just finished the roof repair and did an excellent job. We have a perfect match with the shingles and unless you were the building inspector or our neighbor that pointed out the problem, you would never know where the repair was done, or even if it was done. We need more people like this. If I could give them more stars in their rating, I would. Well done Watkins Team! Johnny

Mr. Marc listen to our requests and created a detailed and complete estimate for the work. (Siding and paint) Very Professional. This was followed up with Mrs. Stephanie communication about date and time work was to be started and completed. Mr. Ashley with crew came and started work which was completed on time and very professional job. We were very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Watkins for your construction needs!

Watkins Construction is the best, I had a new roof over my sun room last October due age and leaking. I had them come over because I thought the roof was still leaking. They promptly came over and throughly went over the new roof and no leak was found. It was the gutter on the outside of the room leaking. Jay informed there was an easy fix that I could do to fix it. Since my roof was still under warranty I didn’t have to reach in my pocket. They were very courteous. I recommend them highly.

I would recommend Watkins Construction without hesitation. My wife recently purchased a home on Ono Island and the metal roof needed major repairs that were not caught by a home inspection. Several other companies quoted entire new roofs, even though ours is four years old.
Grady evaluated the roof with his crew and had the metal and sheathing torn off and repaired in a few hours. Also new chimney cap and flashing were fabricated in the Watkins fabricating shop.
Grady showed up and took the time to inspect the entire attic and water damaged areas. He shook my hand and said he’d have it fixed in a day and a half. True to his word it was done promptly and looks great and no more leaks. All for under $7K vs the $35K quote from another company.

Watkins did a great job on my roof. They were very flexible with scheduling and were always available to answer questions. The craftsmanship was high quality.

Matthew Hajj over saw the roof installation, and took photos of the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend Watkins! The are very professional and stand by their work! Have loved Watkins- all of their crew- but Jay Walker was over my roofing project. He is awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable! He was prompt in responding to any texts or phone calls! Great job all around! I will recommend Jay in future to family and friends!
Jeff worked with me for several months. He was at my house every time I had a question or need! He was wonderful and I would not have known how to get through the process without Jeff!

The crew leaders did an excellent job of communicating with me about the progress the work, including sending me pictures. The work crew did an all around excellent job. The work site was well maintained throughout the job and we were very pleased with the finished product. This is not my first time to use Watkins and will definitely not be my last. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Watkins was easy to work with and did a very good job. They arrived as scheduled and were finished with the entire roof by afternoon. They stood by their word at replacing anything damaged (which was only a sprinkler ran over by a delivery driver). They were honest and we did not have any unforeseen costs. They may be a little more expensive than other places, but the peace of mind of knowing things will go smoothly and the job done right makes it worth it.

Let me start by saying watkins came highly recommended by my boss, so I did not do any research. Did not need to because I trusted him. When we moved into our home I knew we would need a roof. Needless to say I waited too late. I sent over info for an estimate, before the week was out Todd was at my house checking it out. I told them no need in trying to fix anything. I wanted a whole new roof. A week after looking at it Todd came back and went into full detail (which I really didn't need my mind was already set) and gave our quote! I said let's do it. Stephanie called for info on the phone so we can be financed. A little while later we were approved. I got called that our date was later in September. I called back and told Stephanie I needed this asap! She told me she would see what she could do but they were waiting on permit. A couple weeks later I got a call and she said how does August 30 sound. I said yippie. She kept me updated and made sure we stayed on track. I prayed everyday last week for the rain to let my roof get put on. Pedro was the first we met. He was professional and very nice. Then Andrew came and talked to us during the entire process. This company is amazing and made sure we understood every process. Btw love seeing a woman on the crew! My mother and father were roofers in the day! They started about 7 am and when i pulled up at 1pm they were almost completely done. Andrew had them precisely clean my back yard because we had a birthday party the next day. My roof is amazing and I love how caring and nice and professional everyone was. Highly recommend Watkins to anyone who wants a new roof. They are wonderful and amazing and even the roofing crew made sure they cleaned up everything! Then the pour came down!!
