This company showed up on time and did the repairs on my ice maker. They were fair and responsible. I’m so glad to have found them. Awesome company!

Customer service was rude and called multiple times for information they already should have. The repair technician made up for it by being punctual and super nice and helpful. Still waiting on parts.

Just called them and advised them that problem is damper, and I need Quote. The rep insisted to send a Tech guy(110+Tax), but I wanted a total price. She disconnected the call. Very rude and unprofessional

Knowledge and professional. My double oven is 15 years old. The parts aren’t available anymore. The repair technician told me all my options and I was able to make an informed decision.

I am happy with All Major Appliance. They were upfront about pricing, thorough in diagnosing and efficient in fixing. One could wish today's appliances were built better and were cheaper to fix, but that's another story.

They came out and serviced our refrigerator and the guy that came out was top notch. My wife said he did an excellent job and explained what he did and the issue. I highly recommend this company based on our experience.

This company continues to provide the best appliance service in the mid-south area. I have used them for years. Today they repaired my washer, fast and efficiently at a reasonable charge. Thanks to the whole team at All Major.

Technician called and showed up at the specified time. He worked diligently to isolate and repair our oven. He was straightforward and honest with us about our older model oven having a limited lifetime.

I've just placed my FIFTH service call on the same piece of equipment, and I am beyond annoyed. To make bad matters worse, I need this equipment for an upcoming event, they can't make it out until next Monday, the manager is, of course, out today, and the person on the phone could care less. I'm taking her advice and googling another service company for our next issue.

If I could put a 0 I would. This company is aweful. Came out to repair a dishwasher that was under warranty. The tech didn't even work on it. He pushed start and since it appeared to work he said run it and call if you have any more issues. Later that day I called and said its leaking and flooded the kitchen floor. I was then told its a fluke to keep using it. These people are a joke!

I responded to Scott Anderson's service call. Upon diagnosis of the failure of his Electrolux slide in range ($1300 - $1700 appliance cost) I quoted an extremely fair price for his repair. Explaining in full detail prior to any repair all 4 aspects to the estimate including the purpose of the labor charge $40 (percentage of which is how the technician is paid) and the service fee $79.95 ( which covers the cost of overhead for the company and is due regardless of repair). The cost of the part $104.11 which the manufacture dictates, and the total after tax of $244.79. The confusion that Mr. Anderson was attributing to my office is fully explained on a daily basis hundreds of calls over and over again. I would challenge Mr. Anderson to call any local company and find a more competitive price offered for the replacement of a bake igniter for model# plgf389cca...

They are way overpriced. Use a company that will include labor in the flat rate fee. My bill was $89 for diagnosis (fee charged just to have them show up) $95 in labor and $57 for a new dryer door latch. The job took 15 minutes to find the problem and fix it. Total bill after tax for a new plastic hook and 15 minutes of labor was $260. I will never use their services again. Online estimates showed this should run around $150.

This is a top notch company. I called All Major Appliance Service to repair my Samsung Refrigerator; both the freezer and the cold side were not working. It turns out it was nothing more than a factory setting that accidentally engaged when we were cleaning the refrigerator. I called Daisy at the office and she dispatched Tony. Tony reset the unit, showed me how to fix it should it happen again and then charged me 1/2 the regular service fee. You can't beat that for service and honesty. Dave, Germatown, TN.

My fridge was making a clicking noise, and Whirlpool sent this company out for a warranty repair. The repairman looked at my fridge for about 5 minutes and determined it was a small fan that was defective. He had the part on his truck, and he had the new fan installed in about 10 minutes. The fridge is finally quiet again. I would call this company again.

Pleasant to talk with on the phone. However, the title "All" Major Appliance Services is misleading as they do not work on all brands. Average rating given as they do not work on the brand when inquiring.

It’s been more than 1 month, precisely abt 6 weeks. My microwave oven is not fixed. Will still take a long time. They don’t take responsibility. When I bought service from them, I was told they would replace product if a problem recurred . I am still waiting for the part. Would never recommend this service. Spend some money and get quality service from original manufacturing company.

I had a warranty repair scheduled with Lowes for my Samsung dryer. I called around 4 Monday afternoon and they scheduled the appointment for Friday (soonest they had). I called All Major Appliance directly and politely asked if someone might be available sooner. She said sure, someone could come Wednesday between 8 and noon. He arrived at 9:05 and left at 9:25. It was some sort of pulley that went out and he had the part to fix it. Thumbs down to Samsung (this dryer is only three years old!!) but thumbs UP to All Major Appliance and Lowes extended warranty for great service!

Worst expiernce!! The workers came in and smelled of smoke. After 15 minutes they proceeded to tell me that my dryer was going to cost over $500 to repair. I explained that the dryer didn't even cost that much. So he then told me to pay his service call of $95 but on the invoice they call it a trip charge. At that price I could drive cross country! Over priced and not worth it

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Do not use this company. Grossly overpriced. I called and told them exactly what I needed. They could have taken my model number and ordered the part. They said I had to have the service person come out and look at my refrigerator but the charge would be applied to my bill. The serviceman was at my house for 3 minuets and told me what I already knew. He said my charge would be $87 for his coming out and looking up the part number, $80 for his labor, and $140 for the part. I said I would think about and paid the $97 ($87 plus tax) for his 3 min service call and asked for the part number I just paid him $97 to look up. He refused to give it to me. This company is high, they mislead me about the service charge and I paid for the part number and the technician refused to give it to me. This is a scam. Very poor customer service
