This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Thursday, will be the FOURTH time this company will be coming to my home, making me miss yet ANOTHER day of work to fix a problem that has been existent since before Christmas. The man who came to fix my dryer didn't even take the damn thing apart to find out what was actually wrong with it. He came into my house for all of fifteen minutes (the first time), ordered parts and that was it. A week later, he came back, installed the parts and the machine is still making the same noise, if not worse. He's come out again, after I filed a complaint and told him it wasn't fixed. Again, came out, ordered parts... (again... CHARGING ME FOR THEM - WHICH BY NOW THE TOTAL IS CLOSE TO $700)... he came back out for the third time to install the drum... and you know what? ITS STILL NOT FIXED. It's STILL MAKING THE SAME DAMN NOISE IT WAS BEFORE... now I'm stuck with a noisy dryer and $700 out of my pocket. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. I work in an industry that diagnoses and fixes machinery. This guessing game they're playing with MY money and MY machine is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If they attempt to charge me again this Thursday, I will be contacting a lawyer. Period.

Although the company itself might be good, the service is horrible. I waited for service from 11/18 until 12/11 (and my ongoing issue from 11/7 until 12/12) for someone to fix my washer, and as I am typing this I am still waiting for someone to show..Long story short, with ordering the part, the holiday, and their VERY tight schedule ( as I was continuously told) I could not get my washer fixed in a timely manner. Bree tried to be helpful, but Diane was less than desirable. She told me that complaining about yesterday wont fix anything today and forget about it. Easy for her to say as I am the one who waited all day for a no show. My appointment was scheduled for 12/9, bumped to 12/10 between 8-12, when 12 rolls around I call and was told I was bumped to the afternoon 12-5. 430 comes and still no one. I call and was then told that they wouldn't make it out until 630 and did I want to reschedule? Really? No. I waited a month Im not waiting another day..So, I say ok to the 630.... I wait, and wait... and yes still wait.. and by 630 still no one. I call the next morning and spoke to Diane and am told they tried to call.. call who? cause my phone didn't ring at all. So needless to say here I am today, being "squeezed in" with no ETA at all.. Apparently, this is all my fault because some says they called and I didn't pick up my phone..
So, this is how they do business. HMMM... LG needs to find another company to contract with if companies cant get business done within a timely manner.

This is the worst repair service we have ever dealt with. To deal with warranty repair you must take time off work! I am a nurse and a firefighter and my wife works at St Jude. My only day off is Wednesday. To find the issue and part; i was given a time between 12 noon and 4 pm. the guy shows up at 2pm and i was ok. They call and tell me part was in and it was Monday and when can i be there. Well my wife is at work and i am off only on Wednesday. OK how about wed am from 8a-noon. This Wednesday my wife has an appointment at West Cancer center at 8 am. Ok They will work with us. I have to be home from noon till 5pm. Thank you for some time off! We didn't break our washer and glad it is in warranty but i have sent a letter to Whirlpool telling of our experience. I also spread this episode with social media for First Responders about this company. I will from now on ask on any appliance we buy who will service us in case of a warranty issue!

If there were an option to give them Zero stars I would have.
They rescheduled/canceled my appointment 3 TIMES due to no fault of my own.
I’ve been without a washer for almost a month now due to their poor communication and inability to properly book appointments .

Called this company at the recommendation of someone in my neighborhood Facebook group. The men who serviced my freezer were professional, prompt, courteous, careful, and pleasant. They honor their service fee for 30 days. I will call them again if necessary.

Best Experience ever with a repair company. My Viking fridge's temperature was high so I called XXX service company who after evaluating advised it had a leak and was not repairable because the leak could be in a section that is not accessible. I called Viking to discuss and they confirmed that if leak was in that section then yes it's not repairable but that leak being there was unlikely and that I should get a second opinion and they recommended All Major Appliance to do this.
Technician Chris Robinson came out assessed and planned out a sequence of tests to see if pressure would hold. He scheduled and came back with his boss and additional equipment in case more had to be investigated before deciding on outcome. They added freon and my fridge is back! This is the way we expect on service calls to be done with expertise, equipment and time to get to the right solution based on a solid investigation and what this company did. All Major Appliance is now my go to service provider for all appliance repairs. Thank you so much Chris!!

The repair tech, Jeff, was so determined to make sure my washer was running exactly the way it was designed to do. He kept replacing parts until it was satisfactory. Thank you for having a good hard working person that knows what to do to make it right.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any service company. They do not know how to run their office and they don’t seem to care! I waited five hours for a technician and know one showed up. At five o’clock I called their office and the lady told me that they aren’t always there right at five and if he doesn’t show I should call back in the morning to schedule a new appointment!!! Unbelievable!!I waited till 7 pm and still no technician nor a phone call. They didn’t even care enough to call me the next day! A customer who waited seven hours for them! Shameful! I had to call them to make another appointment! They will go out of business if they keep this up and they were more arrogant than apologetic. Zero stars for their office management. So sad because The actual technicians are usually very competent and pleasant.

Grossly overpriced and unprofessional. I called this company because they were listed on the manufacturer's website as a company that could service my oven. When I called for an estimate, I was quoted a flat service rate. I asked for clarification on labor costs, and was told the standard service fee would cover any labor if additional parts were necessary and could be fixed the same day.

When the technician, Phillip, came out, he identified that we had a faulty igniter. Conveniently, he had the replacement part on his truck and was able to repair the oven the same day. The problem was that he charged us the flat service fee and also charged us an additional labor cost for his work. When I told him what I was quoted on the phone, he said that "is not how his company works" and that perhaps I was misinformed.

Looking back, I should have called the office back in an attempt to have them honor the original quote. However, he was making my wife uncomfortable, and he was here for so long that I did not want to prolong things any further. To add insult to injury, he only guarentees his work for 3 months, while many other local companies I came across online guarantee their work and labor for one year. I would not recommend this company for service on any appliance, and I will not be calling them again in the future.

They would be my last resort if it was me. Never ever use. Very unprofessional they do not know how to run a business or service calls. I wish they appliance companies would use someone else other then them.
Ok first off I had a problem with my fridge not cooling that is 3 months old. The manufacturer said they where going to send someone out. The service company would be in touch to set up a time previous to coming out so we could make sure to be at home. They where only able to give me a date. It ended up being almost 3 weeks out. They said they would call with a time. Well my wife took off work for the whole day they where supposed to show up missed a days work of pay which some people can't afford. They never called or showed on the day they said. Next day I'm at work and I got a call from them while I was dealing with a customer and handling there problems. They left no voice mail. So ten minutes later I called the number back. They say I missed my chance to get my fridge worked on. I informed the lady that answered the phone they where supposed to be out the day before. And that my wife took off work. He reply was that if I don't answer the phone I'm moved to the bottom of the list. I tried explaining to her how they are a day later than what they where supposed to be and they where supposed to to call with a time and never did. Her response was well we called today. I said yes a day later. And no voice mail and I called you back with in ten minutes of your call. She says it will be another 2 weeks out. So yea that's why I think they should not be used for any major appliance company repairs.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I have contacted Whirlpool regarding a cooling issue and cracked liner with a 10 month old side by side refrigerator. Unfortunately, Whirlpool sent this company to represent their brand. The serviceman which shared that he has 36 years of refrigeration experience has been the serviceman for two of the visits stated that he didn't have to check anything because he knew that it was working, which it is not. Nor did he check the condenser or temperature. He also stated that he does not repair cracked liners but stated others may but he does not because they look ugly. This has been a very difficult experience and truly unfortunate.

I needed a range serviced : First evaluation, I needed a thermostat for the lower oven. Second visit, the technician said I needed a bord!
Third visit, I needed a thermostat and nothing wrong with the board! And the previous visit the technician failed to plug in my upper oven so why did he unplug it? So at least I regained use of my upper oven. Today is round four!
I really don't know what to expect for today.....
After successfully installing the right part my range is working as expected.

It's funny. I would have not chosen AllMajorAppliances as a repair service judging from these reviews had they not been recommended by my electrician. All that said, I am super happy that I went with them. Tony (the repair guy) is super easy going, very knowledgeable and friendly and above all, helpful (thanks Tony!)

I had an oven that had mysteriously gone from working perfectly well to giving me a code that was saying that my house wasn't wired properly. So, we called an electrician who said that the house was perfectly wired and mentioned AllMajorAppliances...actually recommended them.

We called, they set up an appointment (8-12 or 12-5) and Tony showed up well within the window. He took a look at it and identified the problem pretty much immediately. The bill was going to be $500 for parts and labor, which we declined. He mentioned that I could call Whirlpool and that there was a 50/50 shot that they may cut us a break considering the oven was less than 3 years old.

So, we called and whirlpool helped us out and sent the part to AllMajorAppliances who set us up for another appointment for the following. Today (4 days before our scheduled appointment), they called to tell us what the service call would cost and mentioned that they could possibly squeeze us in today. I said that I had something to do at 3 (which was 2 hours from now), she radioed Tony and they came today.

Tony arrived on time, well before 3 and fixed it quickly. I gotta be honest. I have never had this quick of service from any service related business. AllMajorAppliances checked all the boxes for me in reliability, honesty and overall customer service. I never felt out of the loop and never wondered what was going on during the process.

If you live in or around North Mississippi, I would highly recommend these guys should you need an appliance fixed. Their overall review score does not reflect the service they provide.

We had used this company before with good results. This last time was really bad. It took them 6 weeks to get our 3 month old Whirlpool washer fixed. The first trip out they ordered all the wrong parts and misdiagnosed. then would not expedite the parts as we were going out of the country for 13 days. We left contact name and number to get the parts installed while we were gone, never called, nevr came out. After waiting six weeks, they put off the final repair two more days before finally coming out to finish the repair. We were 6 weeks with no washer, unexcusable. we wont be using this company again.

Unprofessional, overpriced and rude. They took over a week to fix my dishwasher and over charged me. They will make you get a $90 "diagnostic" visit and it DOES NOT APPLY to the repair. When they charged me after the repair, they claimed they gave me the quote. They did not and I never approved one. Their best offer was to come and undo the repair. Long story short: If you need a heating element on your dishwasher, it is cheaper and faster to buy a whole new dishwasher.

Absolutely a terrible experience. We bought a brand new whirlpool refrigerator in June, and had problems with the ice maker right away. With the warranty this company was sent to repair our refrigerator, and supposedly fixed the problem on Labor Day. However 2 weeks later the same problem started back. Th company sent Marty out multiple times and he finally said he knew what it was and ordered the part in October. Both my husband and I work and we requested either early mornings or late evenings which never happened. Here we are preparing for Thanksgiving and they continue to delay our appointments due to scheduling conflicts. I would not recommend them and if it wasn’t for them already ordering my part I would demand another company fix our refrigerator. If you want to wait forever choose his company.

We don't get the negative reviews. When considering a product or business, I go straight to reading the 1 stars to see if we can handle how bad it might be. People complaining of delayed parts. Rude office or tech. Nope. Office was nice. Your parts could be out of their control. Chris was here on time and very helpful and professional. Explained the expectation of our 31 year old Sub-Zero while adding freon and the reality that it will need an overhaul of all major parts in a few months or many months from now or buy new. If you have a practically disposeable appliance, there's a good chance you'll be upset no matter who looks at it. Might be better to just replace. But these guys, Chris at least, know how to fix.

Do not use this company for LG appliances! They did not renew their contract with LG and cannot get parts. They conveniently did not update their records with the CPS extended warranty company. Waited a week after a tech came out . He said it would take 3-5 days to gets the parts in. I called to find out what the status was and he never even submitted the estimate! The estimate showed we needed the main board, element and thermostat replaced. LG said they would allow them to purchase the parts directly in order to fix my dryer and they refused!! They wanted me to pay out of pocket for it and try to get reimbursed by the warranty company! After a month, we finally got LG to send a tech out. He replaced a single wire that had burned out. It didn't need any of the parts they listed! If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars, I would...

When the tech first visited our home, he didn't even examine our washer properly. We told him it was leaking water from the bottom, on and off. He didn't take the machine apart or anything to see if there was a problem. He simply said that since he didn't see it leaking from the outside (which it didn't that day) he said he couldn't help us. (First red flag!) Well, a couple of days of use later, the washer finally leaked water all over the floor. He was called AGAIN and he finally saw water leaking out of it and took it apart. He told us that he would need to order parts.

After a couple of weeks of waiting and no response, we contacted our warranty company and asked what was taking so long. It turned out he didn't even order the parts yet! Seriously?! When he finally did order the parts (a month later) he stated that he ordered the wrong parts and had to order some AGAIN making us wait even longer!!!

He went MIA for another month before calling back out of the blue and taking our washer to his shop. He just "fixed" it, returning it yesterday only for it make an irritating noise during cycles and leaking all over the floor again after only a few washes!!! This is insane! Today he just took our washer back to his shop AGAIN to fix the same problem. It shouldn't take this long to fix this thing! This is the MOST unprofessional business I have ever encountered! He's invaded our home five going on six times, he made us have to spend unnecessary time and money at a coin laundry and he still hasn't fixed anything!!!

Needed someone to install a new refrigerator door to replace a dented one. AMA was very courteous on the phone. The servicemen showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and did a great job. We have a newer model refrigerator but they were able to fix it with no problem.

If it would allow zero stars that’s what they would get. Didn’t even keep their scheduled time and tried to come out 6 hours earlier than scheduled. Then at the time of our scheduled appointment they said they had to move on to their next stop and I would have to reschedule! What?? Seriously? It was a Friday and they clearly wanted to get done by 9 am so they could play the rest of the day. Nope! Do yourself a favor and call the other appliance companies (they have much better reviews anyway).
