I'm a sloppy gardener, and our concrete patio showed the evidence. I requested an estimate of Steve to pressure wash the patio and sidewalk and to put down a sealer to protect it. He responded right away by text and set an appointment for the two days hence. He described to my husband and me what the process would be and quoted us a reasonable price. When we agreed, he set a quick appointment to do the job. He was thorough and meticulous. Once he finished the cleaning, it was necessary to wait for the concrete to dry. He returned hours later to put down the sealer. We are most pleased with the results. And I'll try to be less messy when I'm slinging potting soil around.

We received a notification in the mail from our insurance company that stated we needed a new roof or we would have our coverage dropped. We went through several contacts and finally came across Steve’s Pro Washing because our roof had algae on it. Scheduling for them to come out was super simple. Steve's work is very professional and my roof turned out great! Gave me an estimate the day I contacted him, within an hour actually, and two days later he knocked out the job. I highly recommend him and his crew!

I called several people trying to find someone to soft wash my roof. I couldn't get anyone to call back. That is, until I called Steve's Pro Washing.
Within minutes I had a call back from Steve. My roof had a lot of moss on it and was in dire need of cleaning. Steve and his assistant did an amazing job. My roof looks new again and the gutters and siding sparkle. Steve is professional, courteous, honest, fair and explains what he will be doing. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again. You definitely will not be disappointed.

They did such an amazing job at my site that the company decided to use them for our other sites from Memphis to Jackson.

Our roof was really dirty and one section had heavy moss growth. As the attached pictures show, Steve did an exceptional job!!!

He did a phenomenal job! While slightly embarrassed to admit this, our siding is so clean it truly looks like it’s been painted a different color. His response time was almost immediate and within two business days we had a quote, schedule the work (roof, house and all concrete/ patio/ porch) and it was completed. You can tell Mr Duvall takes pride in his locally run leak detection business. He took his time to assess and detect the house foundation leak that started after the deep freeze recently. I look forward to visiting his soon to be open pool supply and service center near Silo Square!

Company is phenomenal. If you have a issue call them. If your lucky you’ll get Caleb and Colton to come out, and if so just tell them the issue and get out of their way!

We had a leak in our pool liner for a couple months. We finally called Duvall Pool and they promptly came out and found and repaired 5 leaks in our pool liner. Highly recommend this company! Very easy to work with!!

Daniel and Colten dove straight into my pool and very quickly found the leak. They checked the rest of the pool thoroughly. Patched up the leak and were on their way. Friendly no-nonsense folks. Highly recommend.

Called them about leak detection services for a rental unit I own on a Monday. Unit had a leak and can't find the source. Water had to be shut off to prevent flooding and further damage. Unit is occupied by a single 78 year old lady who has lived there 45 years and is understandably upset about the leak which has already damaged her home. That is not pertinent, but background info and this company was told this was the situation and that it was an emergency. They quoted price and availability as that Wednesday, no one was working Tuesday so this was the best that could be done. I accepted and made the appointment. Come 5:13 PM on Tuesday the day prior they called me and told me that they overbooked because they were running behind on other jobs and it would be almost 2 weeks before they could come out again. Had they just told me on Monday they were overbooked and couldn't take the job I would have tried to find alternative solutions for this emergency need. Additionally 1 day late equalling a 2 week pushout is beyond my understanding. A 1 or 2 day delay, I could understand at the least. Instead they waited until after hours day before to tell me. Now I've lost at least 2 days in tring to fix the issue for the tenant. If you're looking for a dependable company that does what they say and puts service first, based on my experience explained here, go look elsewhere.

Updating this post. The above still happened. Few hours after this was posted I got a call saying they could come out next day. The explanation being the lady who I spoke to gave me bad info as the pool leak detection side was booked out 2 weeks, but not the house detection side. Based on my conversation I'm not sure how accurate that is, I leave it to the reader to decide. Anyway they came next day promptly, couldn't find a leak. Didn't realize a secondary shutoff valve was turned off by the tenant, had no water pressure, I didn't know it was there either. Once we figured that out turned it on again and pressure and leak was back. Called Duvall and they agreed to come back next day and retest. They did promptly and found the leak. My wife said they showed her where it was, but didn't mark it. That would have been good to do so my plumber can find it later. It was in the wall behind a tiled shower. Preferably would like to minimize the amount of holes they have to cut to get to it.

Third update, looked where we were told it was for sure leaking. No leak. Dry and no telltail signs of past moisture. 🤷

I am so impressed with the outstanding service that Cliff and his team gave me, while dealing with my pool leak. When i initially, called in to make an appointment to get my pool serviced (after Memorial day weekend). Kathy stated they were booked for the whole week, but she went above and beyond to squeeze me in. Cliff and his team mate came out & didn't give up until they found out what the issue was. staying both evenings till dark to try and figure out what was causing my leak. Customer service like that is hard to find nowadays, and I have told all my "pool owner friends" that if they ever have an issue with their pool to give him a call. Thanks again Cliff for all your help. My family and I are so excited to get back in our pool for the summer.

Our pool has been losing water for months and we couldn’t get any help from who originally installed pool. Pool less than 1yr old.
We contacted Cliff and he sent out Ricky to inspect our pool. He found the problem within 5mins “no joke” and went the extra mile by tweaking our liner that had slipped a little.

The leak was due to not having a gasket around the jet at our steps🤦🏻‍♂️

Ricky was super nice and I’d recommend this company to anyone!
So glad we won’t be adding water to our pool everyday anymore!
