Worst service and most unprofessional company EVER. They’ve no showed on us 3 times and caused us to burn vacation days when they knew the tech couldn’t make it out each time. I would go to any other company for your service. Receptionist is rude, no regard for people’s time and not even so much as an apology. Always an excuse. Tech out of town and didn’t make it back in time. Tech got held up all day and never called to let us know they wouldn’t be there. Didn’t show but said they did and can’t figure out what was done because cameras don’t show anyone on premises. Horrible experience.

Great communication and super ethical. I’m so glad I put my faith in them.

Ricky and Jacob were fantastic. They came out and figured out right away what the problem was and immediately talked to my husband and I. They explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. As soon as they got the ok they went straight to work. And everything was done perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough. Both Cliff and his partner were very professional and kind, and they were able to pinpoint exactly where an underground leak was occurring at the base of my garage. They worked in a timely manner and even went above and beyond in attempting to locate where my underground pipe ran close to the building. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

These guys combine exceptional work with a friendly attitude. They didn't stop until my pool was far better than before they came. Duvall Pool went above and beyond.

I have recently switched to Duvall Pools for monthly maintenance and service. The guys they had come out are great and professional. My light went on the fritz over the holiday weekend and they had people out today to look at it!! Definitely recommend Duvall for all your pool needs.

Very happy with the great work Duvall has done. They have detected leaks, installed a beautiful new liner and delivered supplies to my house. They are easy to work with and do an awesome job. Kept me updated on the project every step of the way. Very happy with my “new” pool and will definitely have them back in the future.

The entire staff at Duvall Pool are wonderful to work with. They open and close our pool, provide chemicals and repair problems. I trust them to give me honest answers and not up-sale me. They came by today with a part to fix a leaky pipe from opening and saw that it had taken care of itself. They could have replaced the pipe and not say anything but were honest and said I didnt need it.
We take our pool water to get tested weekly and only buy what is needed. Thank you to the entire staff!

Excellent customer service. Kathy took the time to explain the process in detail. Josh worked hard all day in the rain on fixing a serious liner problem. This was a much better experience than any other pool company I have ever used... The Duvall company showed up when they said they would, were up front with the price, and communicated every step of the way. The pool looks great now, and I will definitely call them again!

Hired Caleb and his crew for their Green to Clean program. Everyone was polite and professional and had the pool from black right after opening to clean and clear in less than 2 weeks. We are extremely pleased with the service and Duvall will be my goto pool servicer in the future.

Make the best decision for you and your pool project by choosing Duvall Custom Pools! I have put in 4 pools and the last one was not only left unfinished by the pool builder but was done wrong. After calling around, I spoke with Allan at Duvall Custom Pools. Not only was he extremely helpful, but I also found him to be honest, empathetic to the situation and willing to step in and help in any way he could. This despite being almost 2 hours away from me! Not only did I feel he would do an excellent job – I trusted him and his word. Frankly, a very rare quality in the pool building industry. I highly recommend Duvall Custom Pools, also part of Duvall Pool and Leak Detection in Olive Branch, MS., for your next pool building project or even if, like me, you find yourself with a substandard pool builder.

Please read all reviews and check their BBB profile before proceeding. We used them for 2-years before a problem occurred. Then, they did not attempt to resolve the problem ... they just sent the invoice to collections! Our system was so gummed up by cleaners, we ended up having to buy a new filter and pump after Duvall performed a "simple" opening/cleaning. UPDATE: Issue was addressed and corrected.

Quick emergency service during an ice storm with a failed pool pump! Highly recommend!
