Called for appliance service. The $79 service call turned in to $199.00 when I refused to make repairs that cost half of a new appliance. Misleading and deceptive.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen that! Installed a new system for my dad and he’s had nothing but issues since. Had an actual company that knew what they were doing come out and he found so many issues. My dad essentially needs a whole new unit. Would def NOT recommend to anyone!!!!

My furnace went out today and since my normal heating and cooling provider no longer services my area, I thought I'd give Del's a try. Im so thankful I did!! I called Del's at 12:30pm today to see if they could send someone out. Talk about service!!! Its now 3:30pm and my furnace is already up and going! They were able to squeeze me in, the awesome gentleman had the part on his truck, installed the part, and like I said already had my furnace cranking heat out in under 3 hours!! It wasn't cheap but good service isn't cheap. 5 glorious stars and if I could give a 6th, I would!! Kudos Del's, kudos!

The effort this company put in to finding and installing our new wall mounted oven was excellent.

I have had several interactions with Del’s. Including repairs and purchases. I also have them do my yearly maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. I have not had any major issues at all and a few small ones but they were quickly resolved.

They installed heater and air conditioner around 5 years ago did a great job. Dominate is great on cleaning for spring and fall, they clean the heater and a/c twice every year.. The ladies that answer their phone are always very nice.

My wife and I had issues with our heat pump and contacted our home warranty company who assigned Del's to the case. The tech that Del's sent out (Dominic) was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He advised my wife of the issues with our heat pump and got new parts ordered. Once the parts came in I was present when Dominic came to repair our unit. I found him to be professional and helpful. Without prompting and only by sound he diagnosed an issue with my dryer as it was 3 feet away from the furnace. We both agree that we would call on Del's again and request Dominic if possible.

Very disappointed in the customer service we received from Del’s. We had our fridge “repaired” and it broke again less than two months later. When I called I was told we were past our warranty by like 3 weeks. Nobody went over the warranty with us so I had no idea. We are out around $700 and still have a broken fridge and had to throw out tons of food. We would have been WAY better off never calling them and just buying a new fridge. For a small town shop, I expected more. Simply by waiving a service fee to come out and look at the problem, they could have had a loyal customer for life. I understand things go wrong but take some responsibility and take care of your customers. I will not be returning for any reason.
