What a kind polite gentleman with such manners! Not only did he kind of hard distance, but showed up twice and didn’t even complain! He was very respectful and helpful and I also learned a lil bit as well! I’d give him 10 gold stars if I could. Highly recommend him and will pass on his number to others! In need for sure!

Easter Sunday our basement flooded my dad went and got Sump pump at Sutherlands. Right before closing Brian helped him find a sump Pump. came over to our house, helped hook up the sump pump brought over one of his sump pumps. Came back a few hours later and helped us finish cleaning up the basement. I appreciated it very much, especially being on Easter all the help that he gave us. If you have any problems, I would highly recommend him.

If you need accurate, dependable, honest, clean and as a bonus personable service on your HVAC, hurry up and call Brian! I wish I had found him first! He cleaned up a mess that would have cost me $1,000 s more dollars and never would have been right if we hadn’t gotten him to come take a look at what we had. The other local person immediately asked for more money. I got suspicious and called that guy’s supplier. Totally lied!! PS I have duct work for sale! BUT in the process found Brian! What a God send!!! Can’t say enough good things! Call him, Call him now!!!

Called late on a Saturday morning with a non-working water heater. Brian told me he'd be there in the afternoon. Came by about 2 and in less than an hour had our water heater fix. Will definitely call again.

Brian first came to fix my house furnace at 11:45PM on a negative 15 degree night. 24 hour service saved me from a frozen house. I then asked Brian to quote a garage furnace - Modine Hot Dawg. Two weeks later the garage furnace works and looks great. I am happy with both experiences. I recommend Delta T HVAC & Plumbing to anyone needing 24 hour service or new installation.

0 stars, contrary to other reviews…I would stay far away from this company. We hired Brian to install a new HVAC system and spent thousands and thousands of dollars earlier this spring. The install took twice as long as it should have, communication was awful, he would show up for half a day then be MIA for days at a time. After install was “complete”, we immediately had issues that Brian stated were “normal”. At one point, we turned on our AC and it was blowing out heat! Now, 7 months later our heat on our brand new unit is not working and we find ourselves spending hundreds of dollars to repair. Brian was/is less than willing to take accountability and address these issues we have had. Sorry to do this Brian, we were excited about our new system initially upon hiring you but this is unacceptable.

Brian did an outside faucet that had started leaking on us. He found the Crack in a few minutes and had us going in no time. He was fast and reasonably priced and installed a shut off valve as well!!! Thanks Brian we appreciate you coming on short notice !!! A+ would highly recommend him !!

Called Delta T to schedule a yearly furnace check & first start up for heat. Brian came out the very next day and checked the system over. He diagnosed a bad gas valve and got it replaced asap . Also had him fix some leaking plumbing in the house. If you’re looking for a HVAC or plumbing services he will go out of his way to insure customer satisfaction. Delta T should be your first choice. Timely service, professional communication and fair pricing. Will use again.

Brian came out quickly, quoted me a price we liked and came back a few days later to do the work. Brian was great to interact with, knowledgeable and worked very quickly and efficiently. The work he did was precise and clean. I would use this service again the only reason I'm not rating five stars is because the price did indeed exceed the quoted price but was not unreasonable. I would rate 4.5 stars for this service and will be contacting them again if I ever need additional work.
