They literally came to my house at 9pm on a Saturday just to fix my AC . I am unbelievably thankful for them !!!!

Had a issue with a rental stop by there shop, the owner followed me to the property had the unit fixed within an hour. Would highly recommend

Year an a half ago had a new unit put in but they used my existing lines , now I have a leak and they want $400 to fix it! Under warranty for what???? Doesn't pay for Freon that their installation was faulty .

Had them come out and measure for a whole new system in our house Memorial Day week. Contacted them they said was working on quote a week or so later. Contacted owner even now he is working on the quote. June 9th he stated would be done and send over the quote——

Here we are the end of June and still no quote. LOL!

We arrived home on a Friday evening from a 2-week vacation to find the temperature in the house a stifling 87 degrees! We called one other company first, but they don't have an emergency number. We called Land Heating and Cooling, got their after- hours number and reached Charles. Nick and another young man came out at 8:30 p.m. and fixed the issue within an hour. I held my breath anticipating sticker shock and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their rates were! We are so grateful to Nick for sacrificing his time to meet our need after hours! Bless you!

We had Nick and his crew replace our 50 year old boiler heating system with a new Navien system. They did an excellent job! Works great!

Highly recommend! Nick did service and repair on our old heat pump for over 13 years. He and his crew just installed a new one for us. Always great service and customer care.

I had and appointment with Mac-Co today to service my central heat and air. The appointment was set form 2pm to 4pm. I was running late myself. The technician Johnathan stayed until I arrived. He had great customer service and answered all my questions as he worked to figured out why my unit was malfunctioning. He quickly figured out there was a short in the wiring at the outside unit and repaired it. The price of the service was reasonable. I will definitely use Mac-Co in the future and I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Jonathan and Rafe did a great job today installing a part that I needed. They also did a Fall season check. They were both very professional, mannerly and kind. Got everything taken care of and made sure I was ready for winter. Thank you both 😊

Wonderful experience with Mac-Co and great bunch of technicians. We had a full system install plus water heater. Technicians had to get creative as our equipment closet was very cramped. Jeffery did maintenance on two units for us today. One at our residence and one at one of our rental properties. He is professional and knowledgeable. I would be happy to have him work on our equipment next time they need seasonal maintenance. Mac-Co has exceptional technicians and high standards as a company.

Mr. Colbert got our a/c up and going. He was early to the appointment. We were notified that he was on his way. Which I really like. He was very courteous, friendly, and thorough.
We will definitely use Mac co in the future.

Our HVAC tech was knowledgeable and professional. We paid for the annual service $199. We had a fan cleaning and and a few services. We were surprised that with the annual service and “discount” on parts that at a Capacitor that can be purchased on Amazon (yes exact same one) for less than $70 cost us $288.37 with the discount. Service was great but the price they charge for other services and parts is high.

The technician Dustin was very helpful and explained what was going on with the issues that I was having with my AC air flow. I'm a first time customer with Mac- Co Heating and Cooling and im pleased with the services and price. I recommend this company
