Dustin the young man who came to check out our air was very friendly and helpful. The issues was an install issue with whoever put this in before we moved in. Put a house unit in a mobile home which isn't clloing all the rooms. Suggest a mini split would help with issue. Checking into that now to see what one would cost. He said that would work. And we wouldn't need to spend money to replace this unit since it works just not cooling all rooms.

Super helpful and knowledgeable. Came out quickly and looked at it. Was really honest about the issue and upfront with cost. Dustin was the tech that came out. Overall a great experience.

Jacob showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and quick to assess the problem with our old unit. He had to leave to get a part and returned with it promptly and completed the repair efficiently. Mac-Co will be our go-to company when we get a new system. Thank you!

Were able to come out the next day. Found and sealed a huge gap that 4 others did not notice, fixing 90% of my problem. Also alerted me to the ac drain that was never run away from the house, literally saving me from more extensive mold and moisture damage and fixed that the next day. Prompt, courteous, explained everything very simply and very affordable. Trenton and Jeff were great! So glad I called!

So fast, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Jeff got to my home right on time and was in and out in about 45 minutes. Talked to me about what was going on and understood my needs and did not try to get me to get anything I didn't need right now. He showed me all the readings and prices were very doable, which is very much appreciated with me being a new home owner of an older house. We needed our AC and furnace replaced. After getting several different estimates from other HVAC companies, we chose Mac-Co for their reasonable estimate and how they professional they were when they came out to look at the project. Conner, Corey and their crew did an excellent job. Install went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. Very professional crew and company. Highly recommend.

Our tech Rafe was on time, informative, and professional. He was able to diagnose our issue with our HVAC system throwing the breaker in the box.

We had tech Jeff come out to assist with getting our fan running again. It turned out to be an easy fix and Jeff was able to walk us through the issue. Would recommend to anyone needing services!

Called around to several different place and they were the first ones to have an appointment the very same day, Dustin came out to troubleshoot our outside unit unfortunately our unit took a lighting strike and so it was toast. Dustin was friendly and very prompt and made recommendations even went out of his way to try and make the unit function. Dustin got us over to Trevor who came out to complete a bid on the job and wow I was impressed, guy really new what he was talking about and wasn’t pushy at all about try to sell us a new unit.
