Wired Electric always shows up right on time, very professional, and their work is reliable and neat. They take the time to explain things to me when I ask and also offer suggestions that are very helpful. I have used them multiple times in the past and will continue to use them myself as well as refer them to my family and friends. they did a full basement wiring for me, as well as a kitchen, replacing my outside electrical system, pool light, and changing out receptacles and GFCI’s.

Shout out to my girl Dana at Wired Electric, who went above and beyond for me! Great communication and fabulous customer service. During a storm, my power lines went down, ripping the meter and junction box off my house. My power was then shut off by the power company because there were live wires on the ground, and the power company (different company than Wired Electric) does not reconnect anything to the house. Dana was able to get a Wired crew out the next day through some creative scheduling. AND was able to get the STL inspector out as quickly as possible, and made sure that the inspector sent his report back to the power company quickly, so the power company could come back to then hook up my lines back to the city lines. She coordinated everything for me, making many a phone call on my behalf. 10/10 would recommend Wired Electric. Thanks again, Dana!

I needed help changing three can lights into pendent lights and hanging the new fixtures. The electrician, Scott E, seemed very knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. He even cleaned up the area after the job was completed. I’m very happy with my service from Wired Electric and will not hesitate to return for future work.

Troy and his team did a great job on the electrical portion of our pool rehab. They installed low voltage pool lights that look nice (see them on the website). Work was done on time and while the price was higher than the quote (isn't it always), we are pleased with the result. One of his team also installed our EV charger and did a very professional job. We highly recommend EDS.

I am very happy with the work that was performed. So glad to have a weather guard on my roof and the new electric meter and circuit breaker box. The electricians were very efficient, they worked quickly and cleaned up the job site very nicely.

I had Troy out to look at a house that was having power blinking on and off issues. He diginosed the issue and saved me $1000's of dollars. The issue was actually outside at the electric box, the power came out Culver river came out and corrected the issue.

Troy is Mr. reliable. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He is the VP of our local networking chapter and he continually receives testimonials from members and visitors he's done work for. I highly recommend Troy!

After learning there was no power going to the water heater, Kevin came out right away to take a look. Power was leaving the panel, but somewhere along the line, it was disrupted and not getting to the water heater. Unsure of how or why the house was wired in such weird way, it was decided to re-wire with a more direct connection--- only to find out the panel was totally mis-labeled and the breaker actually DID trip, we just weren't looking in the right place. Gotta love older houses. Quick and easy fix -- that required some critical thinking/problem solving and HONESTY. I will always call EDS for all of my electrical problems/upgrades/etc and highly recommend them to everyone I know!

EDS has done work multiple times at our home and business and we have never had a negative experience. Troy and his crew are always communicative and professional.

We had issues with our breakers we couldn't figure out, one of which was affecting our furnace. Of course this happened on a day when the night temp was about to plummet back down after a couple of really warm evenings, meaning us and our pets wouldn't have heat. Troy answered my husband's call and came over soon after. He knew exactly what the issue was as soon as he laid eyes on it and was able to get us up and going within about a half hour and have another electrician come in the morning to replace the part. Kevin came bright and early and had the job done within a half hour. They were both fantastic and the bill was reasonable. We will definitely be recommending this company to anyone we know searching for an electrician, as well as calling them for any electrical issues we have in the future!
