The timeliness and correction of the repair was good. I have noted my water bill is triple usual usage for the month of the repair. I have contacted the water company for an investigation.

I scheduled the guy to come out at 10 am to do a water lead pipe inspection. Called me the day before and asked if we could move it to 9:30am- I said that is okay. He shows up at 9:21am and I am not ready. He calls at 9:28am and I say need one more minute and he acts like he is about to say no but then I say I was expecting you at 9:30 and I’ll be ready then and he reluctantly agrees. I open the door at 9:29 and as he is walking in he is talking to someone saying the customer was a no show but then showed up so he is walking in. I am a minute early and I was gracious enough to move the time up for you and the guy tried to cancel even before my time started and blamed me for it. Not cool. Two stars as he did finish the 1 minute job of looking at the pipe but not happy with him trying to duck out and blame me for it.

Everything was fine until they came to put the dirt back into the hole. The driver of the dump truck was rude and very obnoxious. If you would like to talk to me about it, give me a call and we can discuss it further. Otherwise I will not recommend your company to anyone.

2 gentlemen arrived right on time & quickly located the main shutoff valve & identified the lead pipe entering the house. I forgot to show them a small hole in the basement floor, where another shutoff valve might be located. Not sure if they would return to check it out for lead (it’s mostly underneath a shelf I installed)!

Replaced lead water line from the main to the house for MO American water at no cost to me. The crew doing the work was great water was off for approx 2 hours, very neat and courteous, great job.

Water line lead content screening. It was inconclusive because we have a campus with several buildings. Not enough data was supplied by MO American Water to find the lead pipe on our campus. The tech/plumber was very nice, though.

He was very thorough in his explanation of what, how, and when things will be done to replace the lead piping in my house. He was extremely courteous and patient with all of my interruptions to ask questions. I would highly recommend Logan for any job that you need looked at for work to be done.

Called for non emergency service the day before. technician Mark responded promptly the next morning. Upstairs bathroom was leaking water through the down stairs ceiling. Mark explained how he would fix the problem. He was a true professional and I am thankful that he quickly fixed my problem and charged me a very reasonable fee

But nobody notified me ahead of time that my service was getting ready to be repaired and I had no idea that I’d be flushing pipes and unable to use my water for six months without filtering. I believe your communication process could’ve been 100% better. I have no phone number for your company and when I called the water company they weren’t any help either
