My experience with River City Sewer & Drain was great. It was easy to set up an appointment with courteous, efficient phone service. I was given a price up front for the service I needed and there were no surprises. Kevin was punctual and the communication was great, such as sending a text when he was on his way. I received a report, including a video of the drain, promptly. Overall, I am very satisfied and would use this company again for any future concerns with my plumbing.

Fast! Friendly! Efficient! Came out and saved us on Easter Eve!! I will never call another plumber. Do yourself a favor and give him a call if you have a plumbing issue. Kevin was through the clog and cleaned the pipe in unbelievable time, I was HIGHLY impressed! Thank you!!!

On website it clearly states call for a free estimate. I am copying and pasting. They want to charge over 200 bucks just to come out and give an estimate. False advertisement in my eyes..

They tried to tell me I needed a huge fix with my tub that would involve cutting a hole in the kitchen ceiling (almost $400) I couldn't understand why they needed to do all of this so I called another plumber and had the small problem fixed for $70. Definitely out to scam.
My tub is back and working thanks to Anthony The Plumber, he was honest, free estimate and was not out to scam me.

the service tech Mike did a fantastic job replacing my hot water heater. Mike was very professional and courteous. Bore's Plumbing excited my expatiations, I will use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

In a panic with sewer back up, and unpleasant other items that come with that, I contact my home warrenty company, who was trying to get me to use a poorly rated company in Illinois. Needing help immedidately and wanting a quality company.....

I called Bore's during business hours and they had a technician available to come right over and help with our issue, fixed the problem, was friendly and very helpful. I will never call another plumber again. Bore's is our choice

These guys are great. Quick, informative, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable. They operate like a well oiled machine and you can set your clock to them. They took care of everything and even let me know how I could save money by doing a few parts of the project myself. Highly recommend.

My apartment manager uses this company and they have come 3 times for sewer problems. They keep saying it's fixed and then it's definitely not fixed. My apartment kept flooding so I just moved to upstairs so it wouldn't be my problem anymore. They were nice and responsive but they just don't fix anything. My friend also used this company and had the same experience that they say it's fixed but it wasn't really fixed.

The plumber who came out to fix the problem was friendly and did a nice job. But the company is run by unscrupulous people and, as such, I will not recommend them to anyone. They came out yesterday to remove a cake decorating tip from my garbage disposal. BEFORE starting, the gentleman said if he could pull it out really quick, it would be maybe $50. This was an agreeable price. It literally, LITERALLY, took him five minutes and he had it removed. He went to his truck, came back in and said it was $75. I was livid. $50 for five minutes' work is $600 an hour. I don't know about you, but I'd LOVE to make that much! $75 for five minutes' work is $900 an hour. Unreasonable to charge 50% more than what was quoted. I refused to pay the additional $25. So, the company did not get that extra $25 that they tried to swindle from me; instead they got an unhappy customer who is blasting them online. Perhaps they should rethink their business practices, especially in the day and age where everybody posts everything online and on social media.

I placed two phone calls to this company. I spoke with one lady last week who was rude and cut me off. I just thanked her. Then today I called back, & spoke with another one who was also rude cutting me off. I actually had to hang up on her. She asked me if I was having friends look at my toilet after I had told them I've hired to professional plumbing services and wanted a second opinion. I don't know if my voice wasn't the "type" of voice they wanted to hear but I was being very professional as I always am. It's safe to say I will not be using this company.
