I have used Bores several times now. Always a good experience. The lady answering the phone is also friendly. When they first serviced my home they could not find where my sewer line cleanout was and neither could I (always ask this ? when u buy a house lol) but the owner offered to come out and he was able to locate it (his visit was no charge). Some of the other reviews complained of $25 extra on the weekend- that’s a bargain! Most repair vendors do charge higher hourly rates on the weekends. Not sure why anyone wouldn’t expect that. You pay extra for an emergency service outside of business hours. That’s always been kind of a standard in the repair industry for years.

Stellar service. Knowledgeable, fast and affordable. I had the pleasure of having Mike McClure come out to fix a basement sewer drain that was overflowing. While I hope I do not have to call Bore's(or any plumber) again anytime soon, if something does come up, they will be the first call I make.

I had an emergency on the weekend that we had all the snow. After trying to find a plumber with no luck, a friend recommended Bore's. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes and stopped the water leak. He was very nice and professional. I would recommend Bore's if you have a problem.

Rescinding my previous 5 star review as it’s only been 10 months and the hot water heater I purchased is leaking from the bottom. Bores warranty is only good for 90 days and they want to charge just to look at it. Within minutes, I called another plumber who happened to be in the area and he said it was installed improperly as it sits directly on the concrete which is a no-no. I’ve opted for a superior tankless water heater with a superior company (I hope) that has a 1 year warranty on the work and a 5 year warranty on the tankless heater.

Called them on Thursday afternoon, had my issues fixed Friday by lunchtime, extremely pleased with the service and responsiveness of this company. Jerry was the technician that fixed our problems, he was very professional, I could not thank him enough before he left. I also want to add the price was great. Thanks again guys!

What an awesome company. I had a major problem with my septic tank. I had it cleaned out but still had alot of problems. Called Bores around 12:30 and talked to a wonderful lady and they were out by 2:45 the same day when I explained the situation . Corey was helpful and very courteous. Would highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service! Had a back up on a Saturday and they were able to come out and take care of it. Eric was the tech that came out and was very helpful in explaining the route cause. I will definitely use Bore's in the future!

Used boar's plumbing twice in December of 2024 both times the plumbers were very courteous and reasonably priced took care of a shut off valve that was leaking and also a drain that was leaking on two separate occasions will definitely use them again.

I had an appointment at 230pm yesterday. When they didn’t show or call, I called them. The girl who answered the phone said they were booked and she didn’t see my appointment. I explained that my parents came all the way over to my house for this. The girl was rude but offered to book me next week. Unprofessional.

Kavion, was excellent He replaced my flange and wax ring ,and fill valve plus He put an extra support under the floor .He was here for At least 3 1/2 hours and I couldn't be more pleased. Job well done and I will use Bores in the future. Price was good.

We had a water heater installed. The day after I called to schedule, they came out to install. Very friendly and accommodating staff, from the receptionist to the technician. Very responsive to questions and thorough. Accurate time window and called when they were going to arrive a little early. Also very affordable compared to other estimates around the area. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Robert is an excellent worker cleared my main backup and was very professional. Amazing communication made sure I understood what he was doing and why he did it. 10/10 would recommend this company and Robert. I appreciate the professionalism.

Bore's entire team from taking my call to the tech arriving on time and completing the task was professional, friendly and a delight considering the situation. They provided great service at a good price. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue.

We've used Bore's for about three years now, for everything from the annual jetting of our main sewer line (including one year when it was an after-hours emergency situation) to installing a dishwasher to fixing the 100 year-old lead plumbing connection to our tub faucet. They've always been on time, communicative, fair and consistent with pricing, and generally good humans. Thank you, Bore's.

1/16/21 Used these guys yesterday and they were perfect. I thought I had the location of the clog figured out and the guy explained to me why it was the opposite and he was right and fixed it, his name was Bob. Will use these folks from now on. Great price too. Used them again today 12/19/23 different guy came but same outcome, they did great work pretty quickly came when they said they would and great price again, guys name was Blake…

Friendly & fast- they will always be our first call

We hired Bore's to helps replace CPVC plumbing in our home. They are based in Arnold, but serve the whole area. Mike, the owner came out to give us a bid. Jerry is a journeyman plumber and one of the Bore's team. He is very talented, quick, and has great workmanship. He did the work we needed to have done. Now Jerry is back out here helping us to complete the plumbing on a bathroom remodel. I highly recommend Bore's.

I called to have service done at my house. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I didn't even get a chance to schedule services.

Hired to swap in three new toilets, a lavatory sink/faucet, and fix an outdoor hose bib. Showed up an hour late, installed new faucet on old sink claiming not to know about new sink after having moved it out of the way. Installed one new toilet with a gigantic crack in the tank that I had to point out was leaking. Installed the sink crooked with the messiest caulk I've ever seen. Took four hours and didn't do the third toilet or the hose bib. I went back to double-check and on one of the toilets, the nuts on the base weren't even hand-tight, just barely spun down to the base. Giving two stars because nothing seems to leak on the work that was done, but definitely won't be calling them back. Called another company for the rest of the work.

Easy to make the appointment and quickly came to my home for an estimate (24hrs) While I ended up not using their services I was super impressed with Joe’s professionalism and honesty. He could have easily taken a few hundred dollars from me for a job my husband ended up doing himself. Joe told me he just couldn’t take my money and instead gave us advice. He was right and everything worked out great.

Honesty is an important trait to consider when deciding who to hire and who you let into your home. For this reason I will refer anyone looking for a plumber to Bores.

So we've been using Bore's plumping for the passed 4 years! We are very happy with every service they have given us! Over the weekend our sump pumped stopped working and they couldn't get anyone to replace it until Wednesday! They called us back on Saturday to let us know they were ahead of schedule and could make it out same day! Boy am I thankful because after all the rain we just had our basement woukd have flooded and we would have lost everything! We will forever use them!
