Excellent experience with Classic Aire and Gary O. From the initial call to the completion of the job I was treated professionally and respectfully. Gary was a good natured, friendly technician who seems to take pride in his work. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer of Classic Aire for years and am very happy with the service they provide. Today’s (1/14/26) visit was to reset my thermostat that I messed up and install new batteries. I was having trouble doing both so I called them for help. Russ was today’s technician from Classic Aire and he was AWESOME — very friendly, helpful, and fast!!! I’d give him more gold stars if they had more! Thanks Russ!

Nathan and Vonte were awesome! They were so sweet nice and showed me everything how to work this! They’re both great guys. I’m so thrilled that I chose classic air. Not only was it fantastic service but the system works unbelievably. I’ve never been more comfortable in my home! Thank you classic for making my home so energy, efficient and comfortable.

Dave diagnosed the problem shortly after opening the furnace cabinet. He did additional digging to confirm the problem and explained the issues.

He quickly determined the needed part and was able to pick it up and install it for us the same afternoon. And now we have heat.

Dave was polite, courteous and interesting to talk with. I hope future service folks will be as nice and capable.

My technician Greg was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came right in didn’t an initially inspection and went right to work after my approval. I appreciated his courtesy and professionalism while completing the job and would highly recommend the company and this technician based on my personal experience.

Dave was professional and was able to give me good recommendations for how to lengthen the life of my old furnace. He also helped me think through the next options for a new furnace and set me up with Classic Air Care to come give me an estimate. All in all, it was worth the time and money. Thank you.

It has been great working with Classic Aire Care. They send reminders when it's time for maintenance, scheduling is easy, prices are reasonable, and the techs are always polite and courteous. I also really like that they send a picture and info about the tech when they're on their way, so you don't have some random person showing up at your house. I'm used to working with Richard, but today, Elijah E came by for my furnace check. He brought to my attention the capacitor was low and was kind enough to explain its function and what could happen if it failed but wasn't condescending or demeaning. As a woman it's refreshing to work with such a tech. Great job!

Eric, the technician, was terrific. He did a great job explaining what the issue was and the necessary repair. He also went above and beyond and corrected and error that was made when our heating system was originally installed. I highly recommend this company for repairs if you are having issues with your heating system.

I have been using Classic Air Care for many years
and have been very happy with their service. I have a yearly maintenance plan and they schedule my maintenance Appointments regularly - always letting me know at the appropriate time to schedule a maintenance visit.
All of the technicians have been very knowledgeable, but giving a “shout out” to Eric, as the best technician I’ve ever had in my home.
He is so personable and knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly to me. I couldn’t be happier with their service, which I consider the best! Exceptional service at a reasonable price!

Justin from Classic Aire Care was outstanding. I thought water heater was leaking but Justin determined the leak was from the whole house humidifier and drain hose (much cheaper than replacing water heater)

Justin then completed a furnace maintenance on both HVAC systems.

Can't recommend highly enough- Brad got out here so quick, was extremely thorough and professional, and spent so much time actually talking me through the work and what to listen/look for in the future. I've had someone look at this unit before and Brad caught like 3 things that were reducing my furnace efficiency no one else had bothered to check for, and the price was very reasonable. I know who I'm using for any HVAC needs in the future!

I was really impressed by classic aire care’s Service today I called. Let them know what I needed. They had a guy on his way within a couple of hours. The technician called me on his way. I told him what I was looking at when he got here. He was ready to get to work. explain some different possibilities to me and got the job done. to my satisfaction he was very pleasant and very professional. I would recommend them to people I know.

James was so friendly and knowledgeable! He was so thorough and explained everything to me. He was so personable and took care of us like family. I highly recommend this company and especially James. Highly recommend!

Chris was here when he said he would be, even though we are well into the evening.

He diagnosed our furnace heating problem and will have parts on order tomorrow morning. What more could we ask?

My furnace broke down during the recent extreme cold and snow. Classic Aire Care sent someone out within 24 hrs of my call, which was wonderful. Dan B did some thorough testing and explained everything in detail, so I could understand options and agree to a course of action. He was great and I really appreciate his help.

I would like to give Drew. L 5 stars because he was amazing with being professional and knowledgeable while helping fixing our furnace. He fixed it and everything has been working great and better than ever before. He was very pleasant and respectful and got the job done, it was nice meeting him. I would not only recommend him to other people but to come back if I have any other problems containing our heating system.

Alex Mc at Classic Air Care was great. Answered all my questions, switch out an old humidifier filter. Showed me how to do it for the future. Doesn’t mind explaining and showing a demo.

I’ve been a Classic Air customer for quite a couple of years and I always had successful results. When Elijah showed up with his bag of tools, he was very professional. He sat down his tool bags and started evaluating the front of my furnace. I woke up this morning. it was 60° in the house. There was no flame in the furnace. He began by taking various flue parts apart ,moved onto fan parts and did some testing electrically . He did some visual observations regarding the flow of gas where it goes when the flame is out explaining to me along the way what he was thinking and doing . It didn’t take him long to diagnosed what he felt was the problem, but it took a long time to get there successfully but he didn’t give up. He completed the work. He vacuumed the center of my furnace and explain to me along the way. The culprit was sand off of shingles got into the flue system, along with a little hunk of paper and there’s a sensor in your furnace that monitors when the flame is off and it makes sure that the gas is directed in a safe way and turns off any escape routes for gas .For a young man his age he knew a lot and he’s got a great manager named Bill who tutores and teaches service reps. Bill also has serviced my air-conditioning and heating for many years. You can’t go wrong with Classic Air .They seem to pick up the greatest of Service reps that can do the job and still maintain somewhat of a reasonable price range. Today was an off day and Elijah just happened to be on call and I’m happy he was on the job today The heated air is now back to 72 in the home and he’s on his way to help another client. I’m sure Elijah will continue my long string of successful service and repairs .
Classic has a great crew no matter who shows up. Give them a call the next time you need assistance in your home and as good as Elijah was, I’d ask for him if he was in your area.

Anthony was amazing! He came out on a Sunday evening when we lost heat. He fixed our furnace quickly and didn’t try to sell us anything! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We are on the market to replace all of our units on both levels of our home. Due to the excellent service that we received today, we plan on using Classic Aire as our new provider when we replace our units going forward in the spring . Thank you for hiring such great people! Highly recommend this company.

Randy was fantastic! Great service and explained everything he did. He also offered tips to maintain the system and other general good things to know. Great guy that knows his stuff!
