They did an excellent job. Very professional, results are fantastic.

We use Bob and the team for all of our corporate/professional offices. Most recently I reached out to them regarding our St Peters office...on a Sunday no less...as one of our team members came in and the office was hot. Bob followed up immediately and had his crew there Monday morning first thing to make sure our clients/team didn't suffer during the recent heat wave. This is just one testimonial out of many with similar levels of care and professionalism. To top it all off, we are never gouged on labor or materials...even after others recommended much more expensive repairs or equipment replacement!!

Mechanical climate solutions is top notch. The technicians arrived ontime and were very polite. They installed a new condensing unit today. They ran into a few issues, but It wasn't anything they couldn't fix or handle. The work they did was great, and my wife and I are extremely happy and we definitely recommend using Mechanical Climate Solutions and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again to Bob, the owner, for coming out for the bid and then the great work his technicians Ben and Collin did.

What a company and what a guy. I called for advice and in less then 2 hours Charles Bush was at my house and working to get my A/C up and running. No BS. No upselling. Just got to work and in less then 30 minutes my house was cooling again. I’ll definitely be using this company again and recommending them to everyone. Thanks again Chuck.

Charles did a fantastic job of finding the issue. He gave us multiple options and in the end we decided to go with a new AC unit and MCS was able to install it on the same day!! Who does that really! Fantastic service. Top notch.

I had just moved into my new home and was so grateful for the fast and thorough service from Mechanical Climate Solutions. Chuck arrived within 1.5 hours of my call and went above and beyond. The AC was out, he was able to fix it quickly. He even made sure all the vents in the house were open and airflow was balanced, helped set up and walk me through the smart thermostat, and even checked the air filter to make sure everything was in good shape after the move. He took his time explaining which air filters to buy and how often to change them—super helpful for a new homeowner. Professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I do not usually leave reviews whenever asked for a review but this time I will. MCS’s tech, Collin McKee is great. He was very methodical and meticulous with every aspect of the project. He ran into some very difficult situations with the installation and overcame every single issue. Very pleased with his work performance and his ability to explain the process and program on our phones, new program for the iPhone. . From start to finish he was AAA+, even though it took him longer than expected he was patient. I would highly recommend him and his company for any HVAC work that is needed. They are the BEST!!!!!!

MCS was awesome. From the first call with Bob all the way through the great work from Andrew and Ben, my experience with everyone has been excellent! All work was completed in one day and job site was left clean. I highly recommend working with them. Exceeds expectations

Andrew installed ductwork for a range hood. I asked if he was able to install a dryer vent and an extra vent for a room in my lower level. He gladly accepted to do these extra jobs while he was here. The hood didn’t take as long as expected, so the company lowered the bid price on that part of the project. Over all, I’m extremely satisfied with MCS and Andrew!

Andrew and the MCS team did an amazing job fabricating our HVAC unit to fit perfectly in our small space. Andrew was here the entire day, communicated clearly, and was so easy to talk to. We’re extremely happy with the results and HIGHLY recommend MCS for anyone needing quality HVAC work!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chuck! He and AJ Jesen from WIN home inspection saved me from a very costly replacement of both my water heater and my furnace after Jerry Kelly lied to me about the extent of the issues and shut my heat off during a very cold first night in my new house. Jerry Kelly told me I had cracks in my heat exchanger in my furnace and that I would need the whole system replaced and would need to get a new water heater since it wasn’t up to code for a grand total of more than 12,000$!!! Thankfully Chuck and AJ came to the rescue and came out early the next day to inspect it themselves after suspecting that Jerry Kelly was taking advantage of me. Lo and behold the furnace had a little rust but no cracks at all! Thank you so much to both of you for double checking them and saving me a lot of money! I would definitely recommend Chuck and AJ for any HVAC issues!

The service and install of our new furnace and air conditioner was great. The install team was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. When they were finished they went over everthing, showed us what they replaced and made sure we knew how to work our new upgraded system. When they left they cleaned the area and removed all the old equipment. We compared prices and got bids from several different companies and we know we got a good deal. We are very happy we chose them.

My furnace went out last night. By 7am, I called MCS. They had someone at my house in 45 minutes. They diagnosed my issue (need new system) and had the system replaced by the end of the day. Great customer service.

I had two renovation projects that needed ductwork. Getting a referral to call this company was one thing, but then reading the many 5-star reviews impelled me to contact them for my estimates. The owner, Bob, (who is super nice) was able to meet me promptly, summarize the work to be done, send me a estimate, and get my work on the schedule for the following week. Two technicians, Brandon and Ben, came out for the supply and return air vent installations. These two young men were excellent--- as they were timely, well-trained, and skillful. Because this team was so fantastic at the first project, I was thrilled that they were signed to my next one as well! They accomplished the work quickly, and cleaned up the job sites. I’m grateful to have found a reliable company with qualified and caring professionals. I will certainly use MCS again, and I highly recommend them!

MCS completed the gas inspection for the home we bought and then came out to complete the work that was needed. Their communication in getting us a quote and setting up the repairs was great, we were scheduled quickly, and their customer service once here was above and beyond. They ensured we didn’t pay for extra services we didn’t need. Highly recommend!
