Great service for annual maintenance agreement! Cleaned and serviced air conditioning in spring and furnace and humidifier in the fall. Technicians are always polite and clean up after themselves and turn the lights out when exiting the service area.

Only my second time to use this company. Brandon was terrific! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took time to explain some things to me about my aging system that I knew would be causing me some future concerns. I went ahead and signed up for “the year” which included today’s spring service and also the next fall check. Appreciated having such efficient friendly service!

My technician’s name was Rich and he was outstanding! . Rich is quite knowledgeable in anll anspects of repair and explained all the issues involved in the repair of my heat pump . Busch Heating & Cooling is a very reliable company. They were the ones that installed my heat pumps years ago. I’ve always had excellent service from them and I highly recommend them . You can’t go wrong using this company for your next repair or purchase. A+++++++

Our AC decided to stop working yesterday during this crazy heat wave we’re having. We had called two places prior who didn’t even pick up the phone, but the office for Busch picked up on the first ring. The girl on the other end was ridiculously helpful and was able to get us on the schedule for the next day (today).
When Chad and Jake showed up they got right to work, one inspecting the inside unit, and other inspecting the outside unit running tests. The techs were both so informative and explaining everything to the point where I actually understand how my system works. They also helped change our filter and cleaned off all the debts surrounding our outside unit. They replaced our capacitor immediately and by the time they left our home already went down one degree.
I’ll be purchasing a maintenance plan with this company, and specifically requesting Chad and Jake again. They were both wonderful and really helped us out! Thank you both so much, and thanks to Busch for coming out so quickly in this heatwave!!

Great communication, professional and would do business with them again. We had our AC / Furnace and Water Heater installed in 2014 with Busch. We recently had Brandon out to clean the furnace and AC. Brandon explained what he did and provided recommendations for next year.

They have stepped up to the plate to provide service that because of the inadequacies of American standard queen heating systems not being able to make parts in a reasonable timeframe. That’s not their problem as the world of Heating & cooling is in somewhat of turmoil, changing, refrigerant, and demanding the manufacturers Revamp their Manufacturing process To accommodate the new coolant. While I would not Against the US recommend American Standard For equipmentI would recommend Bush Heating & cooling

I was looking for a Mitsubishi Diamond dealer to service my three year old mini split systems after the installing dealer was sold to another company. I came across Busch Heating and Cooling and figured I'd give them a try. I'm very glad I did! Their service tech Brandon arrived on time and proceeded to assess my needs. He performed a deep cleaning service on both mini's and maintenance checks on the central air system for the house.

Our A/C unit broke down Sunday evening, we called Busch Heating/Cooling, and received a call back within an hour. They had someone come out by noon the next day. We are so thankful they were able to fix it within a timely matter.

Brandon always does an excellent job troubleshooting and maintaining my systems. Also replaced blocked filter on my hot water heater. The price was for service agreement. filter for water heater and labor.
