Jr came to my house ,snaked the drain and told me that they had to go in 40ft and that the problem isnt mine and i should get ahold of the landlord.I told them its ok and ill pay the 180$
A month later it was clogged so i called the landlord and he had jr look at it and jr said its only 10ft in and its my problem and still took 110$.I left a bad review then weeks later i get a call from the landlord ken madison that if i dont take the review down that i left on j&r all services that i would be evicted immediately. My rent and all bills were paid but i was still evicted even though i took the post down,i had to take out a bank loan just to move so i could be taught a lesson not to post anything bad on j&r all services. Crazy but true and i would gladly take an oath and lie detector test to prove it,this guy is trolling the reviews so watch out

They came out the same day we called even though we called in the afternoon. They took a look at things, then came back the next day and fixed the problem, finding a great solution for a fraction of the expected cost. Our water was back on as quickly and efficiently as possible. They did right by us, instead of just charging us for the most lucrative thing that would have lined their pockets.
They saved us so much money, behaved professionally, and had our best interests at heart. Definitely give them a try.

Came over and looked at my water heater. Couldn't fix it, charged me $250, then left my gas turned "on" and left with a gas line still damaged. Still have no hot water. I'm just going to go buy a new water heater and install it myself.

For starters if you don’t call them you are doing yourself a disservice, I called mid day on a Friday they showed up on same day and had my leak detected and repaired by supper time same day! Not to mention their cost of service is by far the best in the area and as soon as I talked to him I knew I was getting professional grade work. The team that came out were great! Kind, professional and Very detailed on how they explain what they were doing and how it would fix my problem. 10 out of 10 again if you don’t call them first u will regret it. Great company and service.

Robbie was knowledgeable and very professional. I had a bathroom re-plumbed, and though he ran into some issues, he handled those issues in a very professional manner and had us hooked back up in minimal time. I am extremely pleased with my experience with J&R All Services!

Called them on a Saturday morning and they showed up with in the hour. Did a great job at a great price. The service guy(Robbie) was so nice and respectful. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future...
