Vince was very friendly and honest. He gave us our estimate which was more than reasonable. Our issue was fixed the same day. We are definitely going to sign up for the yearly maintenance program they offer.

I have tried multiple times to contact them to get maintenance done that I paid for and have received no call back. I’ve called and emailed. No response. I would like my money back simple as that! Veteran to veteran do what’s right! My husband is a navy veteran and is pissed! Why would you verbally promote twice a year maintenance for $200 when you know you’re going to close your business down and retire? $200 is a lot of money for a struggling family of four. At least have the common courtesy of returning a damn phone call explaining yourself. Oh yes and give me a refund! You put shame to veteran owned businesses.

Excellent service & saved me a bunch of money. Appreciate that you sent a fellow Vet out and that he diagnosed & fixed my problem where others had said the system was done & needed replaced.

We've used other service companies, most that are located closer to us, but no one has ever made an appointment with us quicker than Southwest Missouri Air Service. Vince reviewed our issue, then gave us options and estimates. Once we decided, they immediately scheduled an appointment for a fix. Vince completed the job in one day, staying late, and made sure that everything was functioning before he left. He also made sure to tell us to call him if something didn't work quite right or if we had any questions.

It is so hard to find people to do repairs these days and even if you do, a lot won't call you back or even show up when they say they will. You don't have to worry about any of that with Southwest Missouri Air Service. They are true professionals in my book.

I was going through my Home Warranty company and used them two months ago to check my AC. Said it needed replaced as both condenser and evaporator coils were leaking. Kept calling weekly as supposedly there was an issue with the order on the Home Warranty of America side of things. Then, starting a three weeks ago they have stopped returning my calls. I have been calling daily for 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. Incredibly frustrating.

Vince did a quick fix of our AC unit fan at a very affordable price. Also helped deal with a copperhead that was hiding behind there! Will be using him in the future and recommending for sure!

Our experience with Vince was pleasant. Both of our units went out at the same time & unfortunately because we were using a home warranty company our wait time was a bit long. Once Vince came out he was able to get them running and also checked them over really well. Three hours after he left one of the units went out again. (Not something he would have known earlier) It was later in the day/evening and he was still working other customers so Vince came out the next morning and turns out the fan had went out. We had to go through the warranty company again and Vince & Heather (office girl) were very helpful with working with the warranty group. This is a Saturday so he had to get the correct fan and will return on Monday. A bit inconvenient to be without air but grateful they are diligent in helping their customers. Our other unit runs our master bedroom so we at least had a place to cool off. Thankful to have found this company and will have them do our yearly maintenance in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a mini split installed and they did an awesome job .Explained how to operate it and make it not such a pain to use. Very polite along with very professional.

Wow. Amazing! I met them because my home insurance contracted with them. Vince worked SO hard on our unit today. It was hot outside and he was nonstop from 1pm till 8pm! I have no words to express how honest and knowledgeable they are. Heather did an amazing job communicating with me what was going on and updating me on the part shipping status. SO pleased! I would highly recommend SouthwestMO Air because they truly care! I called on a Sunday evening around 8pm because it seemed like my A/C unit wasn't cooling the house down and wasn't kicking off. The tech had just gotten home from another call and he immediately agreed to take on my job. He showed up within a reasonable amount of time and got to work checking both the furnace and the outside A/C unit. Vince was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and friendly. He gave me peace of mind knowing that everything looked good and both units were in very good operational order. They take care of the locals. I promise you won't be disappointed.
