Shane from Spark Daddy came to my property and addressed an issue of an outlet not working and found some issues in the panel. He fixed them quickly and promptly. He was very good at his job. I am leaving 4 Stars because the work was incredibly expensive. I paid a little over $500 for an outlet and two breakers to be reconfigured. Seems incredibly high.

Shane Meyer was polite and friendly. He gave me several individual estimates, which I had asked for. He was competent and knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand it. He was patient and took his time and wrote out the estimates before he left. I have to say that I had two other estimates and he was several hundred dollars less than one of them, and about $2000 less than the other one. Pricing was fair. He is a credit to his company, Spark Daddy, and a very good representative and I would refer them to anyone who needs an electrician. I would also mention his name, Shane Meyer, as my installer.

I had Spark Daddy install a 24 KW whole house Generator and electrical panel upgrade. Marion and his team did a wonderful job. Russell did a great job wiring the panel upgrades and took the time to answer all my questions. I understand that he is one of Spark Daddy's super electricians. The company owner Marion over seen all the work and after all the wiring was completed, he started up the Generator and all went well. I'm 100% satisfied with the job. Spark Daddy and his team are a 5-star company.

Shane Meyer with Spark Daddy was such a great help! He was professional, courteous, and had our problem solved quickly. It’s nice to find experts who provide such good value. We’ll use them again for future needs for sure!

They set up the appointment also reminded me the day before. Sent me text messages of what the technician looked like and when he was on the way.
He also had an apprentice with him, they also sent a text with his picture and information.
Dillon explained what needed to be done before the work was done.
Very Happy with my experience. I will be having more work done by them.

Tyler was so sweet! We needed to have an Estimate done and Tyler got in done in no time! He even got out to us way earlier than expected! Eddie came out to my house and did an estimate on what type of generator I would need and all the equipment and labor that would be needed to complete the task. Eddie was very knowledgeable about the process, polite and very honest/up front about cost of material and labor. Unlike some personnel, he was not pushy or trying to force a sale. It was a pleasure to have him as the estimator/representative of Spark Daddy to explain and answer all my questions about this big decision for this new addition to my house. He had to drive a long distance to spend an hour or less to do this job and his attitude and personality was stellar. Thank you Eddie for your service, and thank you Spark Daddy for your great customer service

I called Spark Daddy for an estimate on replacing my fuse box with a 100 AMP service and bringing my electric service up to code. They were out to my house the next day and Russell was very professional and courteous. He even pulled several of my plates off of my outlets and switches to verify that the aluminum wiring hadn't gotten loose or looked like it was over heating. He gave me a very complete estimate that same day. Great job.

Spark Daddy was able to fit me into their schedule within a week's notice. They accommodated my schedule which was perfect since it's difficult for me to get off from work. I had a kitchen ceiling fan replaced and a outdoor porch light replaced. Both took no time at all. Courtney Perkins did an awesome job, was professional, knew his stuff in fact he probably could have done it with his eyes closed and on top of that he had a great attitude. I'd recommend spark Daddy for sure.

It has been quite awhile since I have had good customer service. That is exactly what I received from Spark Daddy from start to finish. Within a matter of days of calling to schedule an estimate, I received an appointment, received a reasonable estimate (which was within my budget) and had the work performed. Their communication was excellent! They even called on the day of install to see if they could come early. I could not have asked for a better technician; Courtney Perkins was timely, professional and informative. I will definitely be calling Spark Daddy for all my electrical needs.

Mr. Russell Ware & Montana were a breath of fresh air & a blessing. In a time where finding employees who take pride in their work & care for their customers is hit & miss, Spark Daddy breaks the mold. Their Professionalism & Courtesy is second to none!! They went above & beyond completing the job & actually repaired the job better than it originally was. 1 thing that really stood out to me is in the process of signing all documents for the completed job, the only signature that was really important to Mr. Ware was the very last signature, signing that U the Customer were completely satisfied with all repairs, because Mr. Ware feels that if the Customer is not 100% satisfied with all repaires, then he has not done his job to the best of his ability. . In this society today, it is very rare to find employees who truly enjoy their job. Mr. Ware & Montana are exceptions & it truly shows. If we ever have any other Electrical issues Spark Daddy is the 1st company that I would call! Excellent Customer Service & Reasonable, Straightforward Prices is the way to do business & makes it very easy to to recommend & refer them to family & friends anytime.

Spark Daddy sent Shane to do my electric work. He was polite, and did the best job I have had at my home. I recommend the company as being trust worthy, and doing a great job

Shane from Spark Daddy provided honest, prompt, and quality service at my home in Kirkwood. He was a strong troubleshooter and kept me in the loop throughout the duration of the job. He also helped me communicate with the business office when I had a specific pricing question. This was my first time using Spark Daddy and it won’t be the last!

We've worked with Shane a couple of times for multiple services. He was knowledgeable, professional and completed each job perfectly - great to work with and someone you can trust. He also provided advice and potential costs for future work so we have an understanding of what's required should we move forward.

Scott was our technician and he provided excellent service. He was very thorough and informed us about the circuitry in our home. He took his time and didn’t rush the situation at all. We highly recommend Scott.

edit: I have now had 3 different things completed by this company and I really appreciate how prompt they try to get things done. They've replaced our HVAC, ran electrical wiring, and helped fix some lighting issues we were having.

Courtney was absolutely superb! Our electric problems were worse than we thought and he was here for most all day. He is so friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and we are so pleased with his professionalism. I would highly recommend this company and this employee. He went above and beyond what was expected. We have some additional work that we need done and will definitely be contacting Spark Daddy and requesting Courtney. We have found our new electrical service provider.

Very friendly, and very capable of explaining to me what my furnace issue was, what caused it, what we needed to do to correct the problem, as well as discuss the many options I could choose from to get the problem fixed!

Steve was amazing. Not only did he fix the issue very quickly, he was knowledgeable and seemed happy to be helping me out. Now, the day was very warm and I am sure most people would be grumpy to be working outside in the heat. However, Steve just seems like he loves what he does. I can't thank Spark Daddy enough for sending Steve my way. Perfect person for the job. My home is now below eighty degrees inside and is almost to where we set the thermostat. Again, thank you Steve and Spark Daddy. If I could give you ten stars out of five, I would.

Eddie was great! My repair presented lots of challenges and Eddie came up with the perfect solution. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was so helpful and made sure the job was done right. I would recommend Spark Daddy (and Eddie) to all my family and friends
