I had the technician named Russell & he was a grade A professional. He was fast, efficient & overall did top-notch quality work. It's safe to say I'll be a customer for life now. He spoke in plain English & doesn't use all the technical language associated with the job that I wouldn't have understood anyway.

He broke it down in a way that was easy to understand & why it needed to be done the way it was performed. I like doing business with people and companies that take their job seriously. He did it right the first time around so now I never have to worry about it again. If you're going to use Spark Daddy then ask for Russell. He's definitely worth it!

Communication was fantastic, and Eddie arrived on time. Eddie is a rockstar. He was courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing, as well as things I could do to improve the efficiency and safety of my home. He showed great pride in his work, and he was committed to making sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I can’t say enough about Eddie and Spark Daddy. Absolutely wonderful!! Called in for an emergency repair after we had 2 other companies cancel on us and had multiple other companies set us up for an appointment weeks later. Spark daddy was able to find one of their electricians within 15 mins even though he had just got home. He drove an hour out to our house and fixed the problem for a cheap reasonable price. Absolutely amazing. Haven’t been this impressed with a service in a very very very long time.

Furnace went out and our technician Brandyn was able to respond immediately just by communicating with his current client about our issue. Brandyn was very professional and personable throughout the entire visit and was even friendly and tolerant of our dog who gets extremely excited when we have visitors. He explained all our options thoroughly and was very good at working with us on cost and future planning. We were very pleased with the service. Someone needs to give this man a raise.

Travis did a great job showing us what was wrong with our electrical system. He was very clear and really broke down everything into terms we could understand and helped us feel better about our situation as a whole. I would absolutely recommend Spark Daddy as a company and we really enjoyed having Travis help us today. Thank you!

6/1/23. Dillon returned for some follow up work on previous service and resolved the issue in a professional manner. I would continue to recommend Dillon and Sparkdaddy for their courteous and professional service and their handling of the situation.

5/16/23. Dillon filled in at the last minute when the scheduled technician couldn’t make it. Dillon was great and worked hard to get this big job (replacing my circuit panel) done in one day. Five stars to him and Dakota. Dakota was pulled from another job and was fantastic at keeping the job moving and answering questions I had about what they were going to need to do. Spark Daddy was well represented by these two young guys.

Shane was friendly and professional from the start. I had a touchy light switch issue I gave up on and he took care of it. I will definitely be using Spark Daddy again.

Steve came separately to analyze my old heating and air conditioning system and was friendly and professional in explaining my options. What I liked most was neither technician put any high pressure sales on me. Steve just explained my options and let me decide.

5/10/23 Steve followed up and installed my new ac and heating units with the help of Dakota. Both were friendly and kept me apprised of the progress on the job and answered any of my questions. Steve treated me as if I was his own customer. Great job!

From start to finish my experience with this company was fantastic!

Setting up an appointment over the phone with hassle free. It was great starting the call speaking to a human and not a machine. The company was even able to get me in earlier than expected.

My spark daddy Courtney P. was professional, friendly but most importantly knowledgeable. He discovered the issue right away and recommend the best option, not just any option, for my situation. He even took me following him around asking multiply questions so kindly. In spite of my many questions, he was able to get the repairs completed efficiently. Courtney did an AMAZING JOB!

Scott was prompt, very polite and helpful. He offered a variety of lighting suggestions that I had not even considered. He wrote up 2 separate itemized bids on the spot so we could compare options. All with no high pressure sales tactics.

Electrician was super friendly, straight to the point, did not try to sell me more than needed, provided pricing and showed it to me on his tablet so I new the price was as quoted. He even moved up the schedule day and time. No complaints.

Russel and Preston were absolutely great, both great electricians and great guys in general. They ran the wire, mounted a 50Amp exterior plug and hooked it into the panel within a short amount of time. Things I ordered didn’t quite line up, but these great guys put their minds together and made it work correctly and safely. Thanks again fellas and I hope you both enjoy the jars of homemade pickles!

We got to work with both Russell and Scott. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job on our projects. We had them install an outlet in our island and an EV charger in the garage. Pricing was also fair. Would highly recommend this company in general and these electricians in particular!
