Rainy, Saturday afternoon and Brian showed up with a smile. Very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions explaining what needed to be done in easy to understand language. He was very respectful while coming in and out of the house, taking care of the floors heading to the basement. This was the first time using Roto-Rooter and I will certainly call them again if the need ever arises.

Brian did a great job! We hired him to unclog a laundry room drain with minimal access. So far, after testing the washer myself, it's draining like a champ! And the price was pretty good considering it was 9pm on a Sunday night.

Jeremy Herman was out recently and he put in the work to get us back up and running under their 6-month warranty on the previous visit.

Unfortunately, I need to add an access panel added to a wall that never should have been built over the clean out for our kitchen sink drain. That's a reflection on the previous owners and their contractor who finished the basement, not these guys. Jeremy and crew did a fantastic job for me.

Thus far, I'm finding RotoRooter hard to beat for a clogged drain.

The clogged sink was the easiest thing to get through with the help of Jamie with Roto-Rooter. He came in, made an estimate and I accepted. He went right to work and in no time was done. Very aware to use drop cloths, gloves and very conscience of surrounding furniture, cabinet etc. The clean- up was antiseptic and precise. I even got $75 dollars off for being a senior citizen. They even have $55 off coupon if you need it. Thanks Jamie and Roto-Rooter!

Service was good, but why couldn't I get a price for toilet reseating in advance? The plumber told me the fixed price almost immediately upon arrival ($440 plus parts!), and by then I'm captive to paying the $99 service fee for nothing or authorizing the work for this outrageous amount. Happy with work performed, not happy with pricing policy. I paid $411 total after senior discount.

They showed up really fast, and did a great job. I am very happy with the service and the technician couldn't have been nicer. Thanks again for being so quick and taking care of everything.
