Zach R came out and did my yearly service and checked everything thoroughly. Jerry Kelly always treats us good.

We initially called them to diagnose why our furnace was leaking water. Erik came out and able to figure it out quickly what the problem was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was honest about his recommendations. We knew our unit was old and needed to be replaced when we first bought the house. (30+ years old). He was able schedule a next day installation at a time convenient for us.

The next day Kyle and Colton came out to do the installation. They explained what they were going to do, laid out tarps in their workspace, and dealt with our friendly but bark happy dogs. After the new system was installed, Kyle reviewed what they installed, and answered any questions we had.

Although their price probably isn't the cheapest, I feel like I made a good investment choosing Jerry Kelly for Hvac replacement. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy.

Take my review and experience for what it’s worth. Our furnace has a few cracks in it so we had Jerry Kelly come out to give us a bid for a new furnace and air conditioning unit, the bid was $18,900. I live in a 1500 sq ft home not overly large by any means. We then had two other companies come out and both bid us $11,000 now tell me how they need almost double the price. Can’t speak for the work they do but I found the price absurd to say the least. They also weren’t as personal as the other two bids, they didn’t explain anything to me it just felt like a money grab.

Zach R made everything easy to understand and met me where I was at. He is very professional and I would recommend him to help anyone with their HVAC.
