Excellent! First time customer, found About Plumbing responsive, next day service. The young man "Q" - knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Job well done! I know where to call if need further plumbing assistance.

Unfortunately we forgot to unhook one of our garden hoses this winter which resulted it a cracked pipe and water leaking into our finished basement. I called About plumbing and they were able to come out to do the repair a few hours later. The plumber was friendly and quickly repaired the cracked pipe. I would definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs.

Super Fast service. At my house in 2 hours after I called. Great job, unplugged septic backup really quickly. Friendly staff. Girl in office was super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Yesterday our kitchen sink was backing up again and Tyler came out to fix it that day! I love that we can get same day service the majority of the time we call out to About Plumbing! We ended up having an emergency during his time here and Tyler didn’t hesitate to lend a hand while still fixing the issue we had called him out to do! 10/10 service this time and every time!

On site fast, diagnosed and fixed problem quickly. Technician was polite, thorough and explained every step.

A minisplit system was too complicated for them. I basically had to pay someone else for a reinstall after several years of having them constantly fix issues. It wasn't their will, but certainly expertise.

Came out quickly and answered questions both professionally and easy to understand, replaced a burnt out contactor on our AC unit and working good as new! 💪 definitely calling on them for any future concerns

After five years of dealing with another company to fix our AC, Countrywide fixed the issue immediately. They were so professional and experienced. I cant say enough about this company. Excellent!

They arrived on time when it was scheduled to install a new furnace. They had my old one out and new one in with new thermostat installed within 4 Hours. And they are coming in the spring to install A.C. They did a great job.

Countywide is perfect if you want to pay for a job that won’t be done right or get finished! We paid $4700 to install an air handler and AC unit. Countywide also said they would put in a smart thermostat for us. We originally had one thermostat, Countywide removed this thermostat and attempted to put in a smart thermostat. Countywide was unable to get the smart thermostat to work with our AC and heater (boiler). Countywide’s attempted solution was 2 thermostats, a smart thermostat for the AC and a regular (dumb) thermostat for the heater, this would have been okay, but they couldn’t get this to work either.

Counywide visited our house 8 times to try get the thermostat working and they still were unable to do so. Countywide should have simply said they were unable to put in a smart thermostat and put in one regular thermostat – that would have been a fine solution. Sadly, they left me with no working thermostat for the AC – and they tried to charge me for their time on their last visit – which still left me with a non-working thermostat. I tried for several weeks to speak with Dave, the owner at Countywide, but he never took or returned my calls. I called another contractor who was able to get the AC and heater working through the smart thermostat in 2 hours.

In summary, I paid $4700 for a new ac and Countywide didn’t leave me with a way to turn it on. If customer service is Countywide’s #1 focus, wow!

Dave and his crew at Countywide are awesome. I've used them a couple times and have been completely satisfied every time. Those that I have refered to Countywide have always express their satisfaction also. Prompt and corteous service. THANKS SO MUCH DAVE AND CREW!!!
