From initial "HELP" phone call, to service scheduled, to service performed to "SUCCESSFUL RESOLUTION" - all this in less than 14 hours. Mark's crew was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Will use again and recommend often.

Grant, the serviceman who performed the a/c maintenance for us was prompt, very knowledgeable, and personable. He explained what he was doing and very efficient in finishing up in about a half hour. I was very satisfied with how the service call was handled from start to finish.

Mark is always friendly and fair. He keeps our system going, year after year.

Marks heating and cooling is excellent in workmanship and his care for his customers. Twice now I have been able to call Mark and seek advice on furnace problems. He's been 100% correct each time. Then he gives you the opportunity to fix the problem and order your parts through him for minimum charge for him getting the parts. Otherwise if you need him he will come to your place to fix the problem. His honesty and respect are impeccable. He's been a life saving asset and I hold him in high regards if I ever need heat or air conditioner problems.

We called Mark around 8:30 in the morning with AC issues and he literally showed up less than 30 minutes later and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very friendly and personable. We were expecting a high bill but, thankfully, it was MUCH less than we expected!

They came out real fast. And Mark completely listened to all my concerns about my hvac. Marks team checked over everything. And when a part needed replaced, it was right there on the truck. I always use Mark's for all my hvac. He's replaced Motors in the winter and always checking on us in the summer too. He's the best.

Mark came to our residence because we were having a problem with the air and inspected our current system and advised we needed a new system and gave us a fair quote. His tech team was very respectful of making sure we had the carpet covered so they would not track it up and were very knowledgeable in replacing the system. We had called Mark's Heating and Cooling in the past and he is always prompt and takes care of the problem. We highly recommend this company.

Here's why I recommend Mark's Heating & Cooling. I had 2 major issues with the Daikin furnace. The first time was during winter, and after going through 2 other HVAC companies (both w/ 5 star reviews btw), who "assessed" the issue no more than the use of my own common sense, I finally came across an actual technician, Grant - from Mark's H&C - who diagnosed the problem as the motherboard. He checked warranty, got the part, and fixed it. SO straightforward, as it should be!

The second, and most recent experience w/ this stupid furnace was a pain in all of our behinds! The motor went out, and here's my attempt to make a long story short: the distributor had the part promised me, sold it to someone shortly after, they shipped another, which turned out to be defective, and lastly, told me I needed to wait 5 WEEKS because they were backlogged. RiDONculous!! Mark went out of his way to speak with a different distributor, and somehow got me another motor the following week. Lo and behold I have AC back in the houuusssseeee!

THE MORAL OF THIS REVIEW (if you read nothing else): both occasions Mark's H&C saved me thousands based on their expertise and fair pricing. Time is the most precious commodity for me, and it's well worth taking the time out to write a decent review for Mark's H&C. Thanks again guys!

Mark has an experienced team. I was impressed with the honest price quote. His installers conducted themselves in a professional manner as well. My wife and I are very happy with the whole experience. Thank you Marks's Heating and Cooling.

They did an amazing job. They were on time,professional and completed with everything in just a few hours. The price for our job was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

AC went out over 4th of July weekend, was able to speak with Mark on Saturday and he advised that since it was still blowing some cool air I may want to wait until Monday due to the weekend/holiday rate being higher. A technician came out early Monday and was able to diagnose the problem promptly and effectively. Thankfully it was an easy fix and I only had to pay the normal service visit rate.

Mark’s is the best in the KC area. Hands down. Had multiple other companies look at my unit and all tried selling me a full
new system when my current one is only 8 years old. Mark’s Fixed my a/c for about a quarter of the price MVP quoted me and didn’t just sit there and try to sell me equipment like MVP and everyone else did. 100% recommend!!

Ive used Mark's for the 2 years since I've lived in the area. They have performed seasonal maintenance as well as installing a new AC and adding zones to the HVAC unit. The service is always great and very responsive.
