Took 2 boys to the pool. The pools computer systems was down and I did not have cash. They would not let the boys swim. Those boys were crushed. They turned us away. Shame on them.
Suggestion... Don't turn people away because of your inferior software. Those boys should have been able to swim for free. It's not like people we waiting to get in. Do the right thing or get bad press. That simple.

Terrible service. They send out incompetent technicians that don't understand the pool system. Despite weeks of complaints they would not send out anyone more qualified. This caused equipment failure and inflated water bills.
Difficult to get responses or solutions. I would not recommend this company at all -

Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and anxious to provide quality customer service. Helped us bring our pool to life after purchase of home where it had not been properly maintained.
