Icon Pools is a fantastic time saver! Take your pool water in and they will tell you how to fix any problems you may be having. The water analysis doesn’t cost anything. It’s free! They also have everything you might need for your pool.

Called to see about fixing our liner. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and gave me the number to a guy who specializes in pool liners. Anytime we need anything for our pool, this is where we go.

I over shocked my pool and turned it white! It looked like someone dumped a bucket of paint in it. Casey knew exactly how to fix it! Worked and turned it around in 8 hours. Casey and Tayna saved our pool party. Totally recommend him and his company.

Casey performed the work he said he would do and also took the time to explain a few additional things I wasn't aware of. He answered all of my questions and didn't rush in and out. It was all very helpful and informative. Would recommend Icon to anyone.

I went to have my spa water tested. I had ALOT of questions since this was our first spa They were all so friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Mya was great as was everyone else. They let me try out the pool cleaner overnight (Dolphin 300) and then returned it the next day and made the purchase. The only thing was I wanted the carrier to come with it, brochure said it was included but they all said it didn’t. I bought it on a hunch they were wrong and sure enough it was in the box! This is just a friendly FYI for them. Great store with great people, especially Mya.

I have used multiple companies in past 12 years. Today I met the most competent, knowledgeable pool guy! He was efficient and fixed things others gave us a run around on (electrical panel issues). Don’t look anywhere else...I tried them all out for you! And they respond to emails and voicemail promptly

Known store was here, but never gave them a try till yesterday. Very knowledgeable, neat, friendly staff. Were able to give me recommendations on balancing pool and had part and chemicals that I needed. Will return for pool maintenance needs again.

We have had excellent service at Icon. We had a pool liner replaced for our in ground pool here. Also, they always open and close our pool for us. Casey and the staff is always professional and attentive to our needs. We live slighty out of the service area and they have been wonderful to accomodate us. I would highly recommend this business.

I had a piece break on my pool pump and took the piece up to Icon to see if they could help me. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They sell anything you could possibly need for your pool, I would recommend this business to anyone with pool needs!

Moved to a new home with a pool. First time pool owner with no idea on how to take care of one.

Opened the pool, took a water sample in and they analyzed it. Gave me very specific directions on what to do next and set me with up the proper chemicals.

Water was clear in 30 hours! A new sample in 5 days and some finishing touches with chemicals and I now have a beautiful and enjoyable pool!

Initially I had water tested at ICON POOL store in Belton. Staff gave me solutions to issue... solved my problem. They had product on hand - competitive pricing too. Loaded chemicals in my vehicle without me asking.

Oh my goodness, these ladies have been helping me get my pool under control. I'm a newbie with the pool and not succeeding yet... I'm either no chlorine or too much chlorine. Lol, I wish I had the young ladies name that helps me every time I walk through the door. She is such a sweet young lady. She smiles and helps me even though I deserve an eye roll because I'm back again, again, and again with my bottle of water to be tested.
She walks me through the steps I need to do. Let's me know what chemical I need. I will be back, I'm sure, and I'll get her name and edit this post.
Thank you for all your help it's such a pleasant experience to have such nice people who are willing to help me figure this pool stuff out.
